The Victorinox Swiss Classic 10cm (6.7703) is a reliable and affordable kitchen knife. Its blade is made of high-carbon stainless steel, offering good cutting durability and excellent corrosion resistance.

Cutting Durability: Good for everyday use, but it does not retain the edge as well as more expensive steels. For this reason, the -1 star (it needs sharpening, I would say, often for proper use).

Corrosion Resistance: Very good, ideal for wet environments.

Ease of Sharpening: Easy to sharpen and maintain.

A year of daily use and it doesn't need sharpening even once. The only thing it needs is a lot of attention so you don't cut yourself. Literally, this company makes the best knives. There is no other choice. They have done stress tests to compare all brands, and Victorinox comes out on top. They have also done hardness tests on the steel, and Victorinox comes out on top. And in practice, from experience, they are definitely the best, and everyone I know has come to the same conclusion. They are also at a lower price than other brands that are worse.. VFM

It is a very sharp knife, so sharp that it really cuts like a razor. I had read positive reviews, but until I bought it, I didn't expect it to be so good!
The packaging it comes in doesn't showcase how good it is, and I have bought other knives that "sell" the packaging, but they don't cut well. It can make precise cuts on meat, it can cut something hard as well as something soft (e.g. fruits), it just requires attention because it is really "sharp". Its handle does it injustice (I would have liked something more sturdy), but this handle makes it very lightweight. It is more expensive than many similar ones, but it has no comparison to knives in its range! It is worth every extra penny!

Extremely sharp (both this one and its counterpart with the serrated cutting surface). The construction seems very high-quality for the price, and with regular sharpening, it cuts like the first day of use. I have bought two and have gotten rid of all the other small knives I had in the kitchen.

This Victorinox series is the best for household use. It is dishwasher safe, cuts for a long period of time, and sharpening it is a breeze. Let's not forget that all knives, as well as all tools, require their care.

The best "everyday use" knives.... Ergonomic, with pleasant colors, cutting-razor.... Correct price/performance ratio.... I hope they will last over time
