The end is adjustable depending on how you use it (if you use it as a hook, the end extends so that the measurement is accurate and you don't lose the millimeters of thickness that the magnet at the end has).
It does not have hand protection or controlled retraction (it doesn't say that it has, I'm just mentioning it for the buyer's knowledge).
However, its major drawback is that the tape is gray and the numbers and lines are black, which makes it difficult to read the measurement in low-light environments, which is unacceptable for a tape measure of this price. Just for this reason, I might give it 2 stars.
