Excellent insoles. I think they are the best I have tried so far. You feel like your foot is flying. The pain in my waist and overall in my spine has significantly decreased. Ideal for anyone who works standing up or walks a lot. It is by far the best mold for the arch of the foot and the metatarsal. You really feel that the foot is supported where it needs it (I had flat feet and mild pronation and I now need insoles that support the arch of the feet and prevent them from leaning inwards). Be careful because although the insole is thin, it will make your tight shoes even tighter because it takes up space that naturally belongs to the foot. I used it in sports shoes with soft padding and had no problems. I recommend them to you!
I saw the good reviews and decided to try them, but unfortunately they don't do any work regarding the alignment, my feet hurt after work (construction) as if I had the classic cheap ones that cost 1€

I bought them for shoes that I wear at the office, sitting for 7.5 hours and walking for 0.5 hours. With the soles that the shoes had, my heel was hurting and with these, the arch hurts me.
Awesome insoles... I bought a pair for my kid's soccer shoes and he stopped having pain after training... My husband noticed a big difference from the first day, as his job involves a lot of walking. Very good purchase, would buy them again!
Although I bought these in my size, they are slightly bigger. They slip a little with socks since I have them for sports but they are very comfortable.

The insoles are very good. Quite high quality. I used them to replace worn out insoles of athletic shoes. For more "rigorous" conditions, I prefer the medical silicone insoles from the same company.
