A disadvantage is that it's quite small, but an advantage is that it's very powerful.
Another thing I didn't like is that you have to change heads, while with the old 5000 you could adjust the height with a knob.

I bought it on 20/10/2018 and until recently it was working perfectly fine, I only used it for trimming my beard and even though I accidentally got it wet sometimes, it didn't have any issues.
I didn't find any negatives in 4 years!
But recently I have misplaced it somewhere, if I can't find it, I'm thinking of getting another one... hopefully this new one will be good as well.. since I was very satisfied with it when I bought it for 33€ back then!!
Good machine overall, just what you need for your first machine... It just requires special care regarding its cleaning
I bought it and it arrived in about a week, it's simply amazing and I recommend it with closed eyes. It's worth its money 100%, I paid around 25 for shipping. I used it for both shaving and trimming due to quarantine and it does both perfectly, it's very powerful and allows you to do your job quickly and easily. Its quality is very sturdy and it doesn't feel cheap, the heads are a bit difficult to change but that's because they attach incredibly well, something I had a problem with in my previous machines. Lastly, in my opinion, its design is beautiful, it's a simple and beautiful machine and for anyone who wants it, it includes everything inside and is of good quality and does its job.
It is worth the money and more. It is easy to clean. It has many attachments. I never forget to charge it!!! It only gets clogged if you don't know how to use it, like most others. I would buy it again with my eyes closed. It is equal, if not much better than others I had bought in the past that belonged to a much more expensive category.
Guys, there are indeed some issues with the button as the first one I had didn't bother me but after a month it broke and they sent me another one from Philips. The second machine had a problem with the button, it's difficult to close. Also, when it's charging, it doesn't work at all, a big flaw, and it takes 16 hours to charge, really extreme. However, considering the price, you don't expect much. The accessories are really sufficient, you don't have a problem for whatever use you want it for
