  The shampoo does the job. It softens the beard to the same extent as much more expensive beard shampoos. Nice scent as well.
  But: the last 3 bottles I bought had problems with the caps and with both the wooden and plastic parts. Specifically, they broke and became crooked. Therefore, I will not buy it again.
