Special fiber supplement in powder form. Suitable for restoring normal bowel motility.

Benefits

Dosage

5-25g Optifibre powder per day or as directed by a healthcare professional. Gradually increase the dose. For optimal solubility, do not use in fizzy drinks or carbonated water.

Precautions

    Effective but its taste is unbearable. If you don't drink it straight away and wait a few minutes, then it's slightly better but still leaves a bad taste in the water.
