For installation in a desktop computer, you will need a SATA III data cable and an available SATA port on the motherboard. I bought it in early 2019 and in the following week, its life dropped to 99%!!! After 57 days of use, it shows 95% life. Completely UNACCEPTABLE! I don't expect much life left from this particular disk. I do not recommend it and of course, I would not buy it again... Money wasted!

Personal opinion that in ssd, since the speeds have relatively small difference, the lifespan is more important. This specific one burned in one and a half year, replaced the next day for free because it was under warranty and now, 3 years later after a lot of use/power outages etc, the second one burned. If you are on a budget, don't think about it, it's fine.
