Incredibly difficult! I can barely do 10 reps closed. Of course, you can still exercise without closing it completely.

Maybe it's only for top athletes, like Brzenk, Larratt, and Laletin, who can melt an elephant's leg with their grip. I hope to be able to close it someday. So far, my 1repmax needs to be around 260-270 pounds, considering that I can close it cleanly at 250 and do 2 repetitions.

Extremely powerful. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone, as it is so strong that it can't even be closed with both hands. I only got it out of curiosity, to test my limits.
