Of course, let's not forget that we always evaluate based on what use we make of this product. For example, I use this microphone for YouTube videos. Its use is in combination with OBS studio, so from there and through the settings that the platform offers you, the final result is more than satisfactory. Indeed (as other users say), it does not isolate peripheral sounds well, but through OBS I have managed to eliminate this. As a final conclusion, keep in mind that this microphone is worth its money!

Did you find this review helpful?Hello everyone, I have had this microphone since December 2018. I bought it as an alternative because the microphone on my headset is slowly dying. I am not knowledgeable about sound issues and I just wanted to sound clear when talking to others. For this purpose, it is excellent! Very clear sound (for video calls, it is light years ahead of webcam microphones) and excellent sound isolation (when the function is activated in Windows). It sounds very satisfactory even from a distance of 3 meters, but the microphone needs to be facing you.
In Audacity, when I tested it, the sound seemed somewhat low (speaking from a reasonable distance), but I didn't notice anything like that during playback. It was a speech test, not a song. A friend who is involved in singing tried it and said it doesn't have enough bass. Now, I don't know if it's due to the microphone or the fact that I don't have an external sound card.
The construction is plastic and the cable is quite thick. It also has an on-off switch, but I don't trust its quality too much... Leave it on (unless you don't want an FBI agent to monitor you!). The tripod it comes with is very convenient. I'm not sure if the mesh protection it has provides good protection against dust, we'll see.
Finally, for its price, it is very good for simple use, of course, maybe even for some amateur YouTube videos, and it will likely withstand the test of time if you don't abuse it with loud noises and screams.
