If you are looking for a value-for-money capsule coffee maker, this is the right choice. I have had it for a few months now and I can say that I am very satisfied. It is worth a lot as it comes with the aeroccino, at a promotional price. I drink lattes, so I use it every time I make coffee. However, you need to be quite careful when washing the aeroccino, so it doesn't get wet from underneath. Now a few more words about the coffee maker itself:
+ Very easy to use.
+ The coffee is great, but it also depends on the capsule you use.
+ It is quite small, so it fits even on the smallest kitchen counter.
+/- It makes noise, but essentially all coffee makers of this type are noisy, so it's neither a positive nor a negative.
- The space for holding used capsules is small, but I don't complain since it is quite a compact coffee maker.
I would recommend getting recycling bags for capsules from Nespresso stores. If you visit a physical store, you can ask for them and they will give them to you for free, without making any purchase.
I highly recommend both the coffee machine and the aeroccino. If you get it with the offer of 60 capsules like I did, you will have 110 capsules in different flavors for just 23-25€

We use it almost every day, the choice that I never regretted for a moment. The foam is amazing.
Much quieter than the Inissia, you can find capsules literally everywhere.
The Aeroccino makes very nice hot frothy milk with high pasteurized and high fat milk.
It is small and convenient. It makes a good espresso, but you need to experiment with different varieties to find what you like. The espresso frother is inferior to a good and expensive espresso machine, but comparable to a household economical one. It is much better when it's hot, if you find the variety you like, you won't notice a difference. The noise is normal
Well, the machine is really very good. I got the offer with the 60 capsules to try several varieties of coffee and I am impressed. It takes up very little space in the kitchen, which was necessary for me, and it is very easy to clean. I think it makes quite a bit of noise, if I can say one downside. Also, the milk frother is very high quality. I tried to make hot chocolate and it turned out perfect!
I am quite satisfied. It heats up quickly and is small in size, so it doesn't take up much space on the kitchen counter. I have read various comments about the noise, it is not completely silent but the noise is not something terrible, besides the whole coffee production process takes less than 1 minute. I have had the set for a year, but I have only used it for about six months. I bought it to make cappuccinos at home whenever I want, without spending 2 euros every day on coffee outside, which is often burnt and bothers me.
As for the coffee machine:
Small, convenient, and fast. By the time you grab the capsule, it has heated up and you have ready coffee in 1 minute. I am still trying different brands of capsules, and the positive thing is the number of options you have. My favorites so far are the ones from Starbucks, Lor, and Illy (although I feel like the machine struggles a bit with the last ones during extraction).
As for the aeroccino:
At first, I was excited because it seemed great to make frothy milk at home. Especially with barista milk (or high-pasteurized full-fat milk), you get good results. However, this specific device requires careful cleaning immediately after use to prevent water from leaking into the button or the bottom where it meets the base. Now, I have resorted to making frothy milk with a gas stove, a small pot, and a 4-euro battery-operated frother from the bargain store. The result is similar.
In summary:
For quick and decent coffee, the coffee machine is great and pays for itself in a short period of time. If you want to make frothy milk at home, it is better to invest in a simple frother like the ones used for frappes.
Too noisy. It is not conceivable to use it to make coffee while the rest of the family is sleeping. However, it is value for money.
Having tried other coffee makers at a similar price, I can say that it is the best choice for its money. The quality of the coffee is not lacking at all compared to the coffee one would drink in most cafes.
I have it for two years and it works the same as in the beginning, it hasn't presented any problem to me, very good!
I bought it for 84€ along with the milk frother machine, a year ago, and it's worth every penny, even the last euro. The build quality is, of course, not like that of an expensive machine, but it is absolutely satisfactory for everyday use.

I bought it after a lot of searching and already having an espresso machine. We are coffee lovers and I wanted to have ready-made coffee in the morning in no more than 5 minutes. It is true that it is quite fast and makes a very nice crema on the coffee.
The milk frother literally works perfectly and quickly compared to a cheaper one I had in the past.
Of course, the intensity of the coffee plays an important role in terms of taste. So far, the majority of the capsules we have used are from Starbucks and Nespresso.
The machine is quite small, so it saves space in the kitchen. The Nespresso capsules are recyclable and there is a wide variety in their app. Also, if you explore the app a little, you can find recommendations for each capsule. For example, the x capsule is recommended for lungo. This is quite helpful to ensure the success of the coffee.
Finally, most of the coffees we have made were either cappuccino or espresso. We tried once for freddo, but the proportions were not correct and it failed. I would definitely buy it again as I haven't missed the coffee I ordered for the past 10 days.
I have no previous experience with this type of coffee maker, but from what I have used it, I am very satisfied. It heats up quickly, is quiet, and the hot coffee is good. I haven't tried it cold. I have only tried the aeroncino with low-fat fresh milk so far, and it still made decent warm foam for such thin milk.
You should know, especially if you are giving it as a gift to someone, that this nonsense with the €30 gift for capsules requires the purchase receipt as a prerequisite.
Nespresso has zero flexibility, as you show them the gift card and they tell you that yes, you are right, but we need the receipt, ask for a reprint from the store!
If you give it as a gift to someone and it includes this offer, give them the receipt with the price erased (they accept this) otherwise they won't receive the gift.
I have had the coffee maker with the Aeroccino for two weeks now. Well, as for the coffee maker, I have to say that it is quite good, it doesn't make much noise and it produces a satisfactory amount of coffee for a home coffee maker. I am not very satisfied with the cold coffee because it comes out watery, but maybe I should use a stronger coffee.
Now let's talk about the highly discussed Aeroccino!!!!
A complete disappointment.... I bought it because I read the comments of others and they all said how good the milk frother is, etc! Well, for me it's a myth, it doesn't even produce a minimal amount of foam! In cold mode, it only foams half a finger and underneath it's just regular milk, and in hot mode, it's as if I heated it in a saucepan.
I have tried different types of milk according to the instructions for each preparation but nothing works. I ended up making frothy milk with the mixer for frappes and keeping the Aeroccino as a decoration next to the coffee maker!
If I had known, I would have paid half the price to only get the coffee maker!
It is perfect, makes very good coffee with all the capsules, cleans very easily, and is quite resistant to salt compared to others. I had Dolce Gusto and Yperespresso
So, here we go.
COFFEE MACHINE:
I got it because I drink a lot of coffee during the day and didn't want to spend so much money on coffee anymore.
It is really good and I love it.
It is small and easy to clean and use. It also fits easily in a bag if you want to take it with you somewhere.
It makes a little noise but it doesn't bother me much, the coffee comes out perfect so I don't mind.
AEROCCINO:
The milk frother is very good, as long as you know what milk to use. Personally, I use Lykas, Nounou or the milk that Kritikos has (all high pasteurization).
I haven't used it for cold frothed milk yet, so I will update when the time comes.
I also use it to make hot chocolate, you just need to mix the milk with the cocoa well before putting it in the machine because otherwise it struggles a bit to mix it. Also, be careful with the amount of milk so it doesn't overflow when making the drink/frothed milk.
CAPSULES:
As for the capsules, my package already had Nespresso capsules for me to try and also from this specific store I had a 30 euro gift voucher for capsules from the company (20 euros gift for specific capsules on the first use of the voucher and 10 euros discount on capsules of my choice on the second use). It's just a bit difficult to redeem the gift voucher online, so it's better to go to the Boutique (you need the serial number and the receipt I think...).
For capsules from another manufacturer, I have only used Lor and Jacobs for now and I was satisfied, but of course they don't compare to the quality of Nespresso coffee.
CLEANING:
It is quite easy to clean, the "containers" it has can be removed and washed easily.
For the Aeroccino, cleaning is also easy and the little thing that mixes can be removed and put back easily because it has a magnet. Also, the rubber around the lid can be removed for cleaning.
Definitely value for money, it is amazing.
The best purchase I have ever made! I prefer to drink coffee at home rather than outside. The result is satisfying and quite enjoyable for my taste. The milk frother does its job very quickly and gives a rich froth in seconds, and cleaning is a breeze. For the 80 euros I spent plus 30 euros as a gift for capsules, I have recovered the cost in two months of use.
After 1 year of use by my wife (1-2 coffees per day), the milk frother broke. Now let's see what will happen with the warranties and evaluate the dealership as well. In my first contact, they told me that I will have to buy another machine, but the employee was not sure. I will come back in 1-2 days.
Absolutely satisfied after 1 month of use. Very good quality construction and excellent coffee. Tested with all brands of capsules, it works equally well. The froth produced by the Aeroccino is exceptional
For almost a decade, I have been using a Bosch coffee machine (which still works perfectly) that takes the large flat capsules from Jacobs. However, I was limited to only 2 types (capsules) of coffee because firstly, I didn't like the other ones from Jacobs and secondly, the options were generally limited.
The great advantage of Delonghi is that it uses these specific capsules where the variety is huge, both from Nespresso and other companies, and you will definitely find many flavors that will satisfy you. However, this also means that all machines that use the same capsules will make the exact same coffee, as they work in the same way, so don't assume that this particular machine or any other makes better coffee.... So, for your purchase choice, compare if any has additional features-indicators, build quality, warranty, reliability, company service-support, and finally the price.
I won't mention the advantages as they have already been mentioned by many. I will focus on a few things that I personally consider disadvantages.
1) The worst of all is that the espresso capsules it takes (obviously applies to all similar coffee machines from other brands) produce a ridiculous amount of coffee! We're talking about a shot literally... if not less... If you want to make a freddo, it will turn out terrible. Do not press the Lungo button if you have inserted an espresso capsule because although it will produce more quantity, it will be watery and the taste will be completely different. If you want to have a proper coffee, either use 2-3 capsules (not cost-effective) or use Lungo capsules.
2) A major disadvantage is the lack of indications for a) low water level and b) cleaning-descaling. The machine still works even if the tank has no water at all, so if you haven't checked it (especially in the morning when you're half asleep), you realize that something is wrong only after seeing that it doesn't produce coffee. But then it's too late because you have already wasted the capsule, which has been pierced and opened. Having to check the water every time, combined with the small water tank, is annoying...
In terms of cleaning-descaling, it mentions in the instructions how often it should be done, but come on, who keeps track of that...
I should mention that my old 10-year-old coffee machine (similar price back then!) had these necessary indications in my opinion!
3) The coffee machine has a very small size, which is convenient because it doesn't take up much space, but on the other hand, the base for the cup is so small that it only fits a small Greek coffee cup. If you want to use a slightly larger cup or mug, you will definitely have to remove it (fortunately, it is easily detachable). Also, the small size of the coffee machine corresponds to a small water tank, which means you will have to check (see 2) and refill it frequently.
4) While the overall construction is good and sturdy, the way the water tank is inserted is not the best as it is supported somewhat loosely and gives the feeling that it could come off with an accidental hit.
In general, I am satisfied mainly with the wide variety of coffees and its price, the construction is good, but there are shortcomings in functionality.
Wonderful coffee maker just like the aeroccino. You open it and in a few seconds it's ready. The coffee is amazing, personally I don't buy from outside anymore. The milk frother machine is very easy to use and extremely useful. Very easy to use and small in size, something that serves me well due to space.
I have been using it for a week and I can say that it makes very good coffee for its price.... I use Lore's gold capsules and the taste is exemplary.... I should have bought such a coffee maker earlier instead of spending almost 2 euros every day.... Searching for deals on capsules at supermarkets definitely saves us money at home....
The best solution you can have at home for coffee, whether hot or cold. The package with the aeroccino was just what I needed, regardless of the fact that the aeroccino is generally mediocre. The machine, although plastic, is beautiful and very small in size, it doesn't take up much space on the counter. The negatives are probably that it is somewhat short, resulting in not being able to fit many cups underneath despite the removable base, and we have to hold them at an angle for the coffee to pour, and that it can only hold 5 capsules in its disposal space. The machine came with a box of various capsules for experimentation. Overall, whatever I have tried in Lungo for cold coffee is mediocre to bad, regardless of whether the capsule is for Lungo, Nespresso in general, or even if the 100ml that the machine pours in this dose doesn't fall. For cold coffee, prefer capsules with more intensity and good crema and make only one dose in Espresso mode, while the Freddo Intenso variety is excellent. In the hot version, there is no particular problem with almost any capsule.
I have no previous experience with an espresso machine but what has impressed me is the speed and simplicity of the process. You fill the water tank, press the espresso or lungo button to activate the machine, and in 10 seconds the water is heated. Then you insert a capsule into the slot, press one of the buttons again, and in the next 10 seconds you have a ready espresso or lungo coffee respectively. So in about half a minute, you have prepared a high-quality and very hot coffee.
The Aeroccino also has a very simple and fast operation. You pour milk into one of the two indicators and press the button (there is only one) quickly (the button turns red) for hot or for an extended period (until it turns blue) for froth. The whole process also takes about half a minute.
As for the quality of the coffee, I did not find any differences compared to the coffee shop. In some cases, it was even better, especially for takeaways.
I highly recommend it for someone who does not have the skills of a barista and is in a hurry.
I also believe that I will quickly recover the 105 euros I spent. Even the Lidl capsules worked, although I have not tried many other than espresso yet, due to the offer of 30 euros plus the 14 capsules that came with the machine.
The only drawback is the froth. In the case of froth, I consider the advantage of very hot coffee to be a disadvantage because you need many and large ice cubes to achieve it.
Update
The froth is significantly improved with the use of a shaker and 2 doses of espresso.

I had another Nespresso device from the same company and because it broke (due to my own mistake), I preferred this specific package with the machine and the milk frother. Let's say the great things that are reflected in the milk frother. Very good construction... fast frothing and hot and cold (of course, it requires suitable milk and not just any milk)... very easy to clean... whatever I say is not enough... My complaints are about the coffee maker. Coffee, for better or worse, all coffee makers do the same thing since they are at 19 bars... beyond that, in terms of construction quality, I think it falls short... and that's because the construction seems to be made of cheap plastic. And the previous coffee maker I had was also made of plastic but was considered sturdy construction, as it eventually proved with years of use. I don't want to rush to evaluate the product and it goes without saying that appearances can be deceiving and it may last me many years... time will tell... it's just that the first impression it gives you in terms of durability, I repeat, not the product it produces, is negative. I bought it as a package all together for 99.90, which I consider to be quite satisfactory in combination with these two.
