The vacuum cleaner, despite being Samsung, does not... Its performance ranges from mediocre to poor. After two years of use, I am looking for a new vacuum cleaner. It doesn't suck even with filter changes and frequent cleaning of the bin and bag. The handheld controller is useful.

The best purchase in a vacuum cleaner. The cyclonic filter is awesome. The very low price is tempting! This is the second one I buy, for my mother who got jealous! Also, I would like to mention that it is good to extend the warranty for another 3 years, costing 19€, and have peace of mind if something happens in the future with Samsung.

Strong motor but poor design on filters, fasteners, so that the product cannot withstand the test of time.

Awesome vacuum cleaner, I have it for two months and I am completely satisfied. In a house with a dog where we use the vacuum cleaner 2-3 times a day. It is quiet, very powerful, and the cyclonic filter is very convenient because the bag doesn't fill up.

Its best feature is the infrared remote control on the handle, as well as its accessory for larger objects (e.g. ball size, dry fruit, etc.). Especially the remote control is incredibly convenient, but the battery compartment door opens easily and can be broken/lost (the good thing is that it does not interrupt the electrical contact when opened). Its worst feature is the overall design, which is not well thought out: the access switch to the bag often opens, causing dust to be expelled into the space, the wheels are not helpful and can cause the vacuum to tip over (unacceptable design). The quality of the foot is good, it comes with a good number of accompanying accessories, but the suction power is average (and simply not enough on carpets). The few glossy parts easily get scratched, the foot hose has good attachments (not just a friction fit), and the diameter of the hose is decent. I use it every day for 6 hours, I put tireup on the battery compartment door, I learned its maneuvers (the foot does not fit in very narrow spaces), I am annoyed by the easy opening of the dust bin. Its advantages include the washable bag that comes with it, but it needs frequent emptying (outside/creates a cloud) due to its weak, yet low-noise motor. Overall, it is "low to medium to medium" + good budget.
