Very hard, it claims to be 100% down but I can't believe it because I have another one with 100% down and it's nothing like this. This one feels like it has sand inside. One night I slept on it and my neck hurt. It also makes a very annoying scratching noise every time you turn on your side. It's not worth the money at all. The worst part is when you wash it, it smells awful for ten days afterwards, to the point where you can't stand being in the room.

I bought it to replace an old feather pillow 90/10. It is very hard, you can feel, sense and hear the feathers. If you sleep on your side, it doesn't provide any cushioning and you wake up with pain in your earlobe. Neither me nor my spouse are satisfied with it after two weeks of testing. I bought another one and this one is left for our unfortunate guests. It might be good for a sofa.
