The build quality is equivalent to its price, and it is possible to receive a defective product that needs to be returned. Detail: plastic caps are placed on the edges-ends of the tubular legs (included in the packaging) which touch the ground, but they do not always fit tightly and can easily come off and be lost unless you use some glue.
