If you want an upgrade for your TV even if it's relatively new, it's worth it. Even with Bluetooth, the sound is incredible and the bass is wonderful (literally shaking the windows), and it's easy to connect. The only downside, and pay attention to this, is that it doesn't have optical fiber inside the box. It could have been much better. The sound level doesn't change with the LG TV (43'') magic remote connected via optical fiber. Different sound levels when switching from TV to HDMI 1 & 2 (PC & XBOX). The sound from the PC (HDMI 1) for music is poor and the same from the console (HDMI 2). On NETFLIX, the sound is clearer and fuller from the TV speakers again... It's saved by the quality of construction and the sound from the subwoofer. I will try with BT & HDMI ARC to be more objective. For now, it's below expectations. EDIT: The mid and high frequencies are nonexistent...

  I expected it to have clear sound, but since there is a sound option on the TV that fully covers me, because the bass is everything you need as if you are in a cinema.   Value for Money? Yes. Does it have good sound? No. It's just like your TV (Samsung 55' UE55AU7172 in this case) had a little extra bass. And the bass is just noisy, not clean and deep at all. Having the Logitech Z623 on the computer, you understand that the bass of this soundbar seemed tragic to me. Nevertheless, as I mentioned before, it is a cheap and good solution to upgrade your sound. I wouldn't personally recommend it, in this price range the +-50 difference has an incredible impact on the final sound of the product. Invest in a good sound system.

  I just bought it. First of all, as soon as you unpack it, you can see that you are not dealing with cheap construction, despite the 88 euros I paid for it... On my TV (Samsung qled), it connects in two ways. With optical fiber and Bluetooth. And in both cases, the sound quality is the same. The difference is that with the optical fiber, the soundbar automatically turns on when the TV is turned on, but not with Bluetooth. However, with the latter, the TV remote controls the volume of the soundbar, while with the optical fiber, it does not, but the sound from the TV speakers can be heard simultaneously... In terms of sound, it is a real upgrade. Okay, it's not an expensive system, so don't expect super clear sound, etc., but compared to how the TV sounds on its own, it's night and day. As long as you watch programs with processed Dolby digital sound and not just broadcasts. It may have a little problem with high frequencies. However, the presence of intense bass adds atmosphere to action movies. Overall, for its price, it's a very good choice. As for the negatives, there is no indication of the activation of various functions and the bass level on the device. You simply press the buttons on the remote and the functions remain activated or not..

  I have no experience with soundbars since this is the first one I have purchased. However, it is perfect for a 12 square meter room for music and movies. It is connected with optical fiber to an LG TV and can be controlled with the same remote as the TV. For the 80-something euros it cost, I don't know if there is anything better in its category, but this soundbar is definitely worth it. Great value for money!

  The soundbar is very impressive! It's perfect for the LG 4k 43" TV without HDMI 2.1 to say that it produces Atmos and Vision. The bass is amazing, and you can adjust it to your liking so that it doesn't overpower the treble. It connects quickly and can be controlled with the TV remote. Just connect it with an optical cable and you're done! Overall, I've tried an LG with Atmos before...if the source doesn't support it, don't expect a cinema experience in your living room.   Satisfied with the purchase of the money it costs. Works great with LG's magic remote and when connected with optical fiber, contrary to what some friends wrote earlier. It doesn't happen automatically, but you have to set it up from your TV. When you set it up correctly, the soundbar opens and closes with the TV and of course the sound is adjusted without any problem from the magic remote.

  Bought for use with LG TV (55UK6750). Complete disappointment when using optical fiber, as I cannot change the sound with the Magic Remote. To change the sound without the soundbar remote, you have to connect it via Bluetooth. And you lose sound quality and have to manually connect it every time you turn it on.

  As for the sound, it's OK. It's neither loud nor impressive, just a simple upgrade from the TV speakers (compared to my TV, if your TV has old or bad speakers, the difference might be better).

  Is it worth it? Personally, no. Spend a little more for something that makes sense, or stick with the TV speakers.

  Connected to LG TV with optical fiber in a large unified space and sounds great. Noticeable upgrade. Fully compatible with both TV and home cinema. Quite powerful and clear sound compared to the TV speakers that had problems and crackled, and repair would have been uneconomical. I did not attempt to connect via Bluetooth since the optical fiber is clearly the better option. You plug in the woofer and forget about it. There is the option to adjust the bass to your liking. It connects to the soundbar as soon as you turn it on. I left the remote aside. The sound is adjusted from the TV remote. The soundbar turns on as soon as the TV is turned on and turns off shortly after it is turned off (as long as you have set the sound output to the soundbar from the TV menu). Otherwise, you can select it when you want it to operate alone. Overall, a very decent system. You don't need anything more expensive if you want an upgrade from the TV speakers.

  Update: I also bought a second one for the 43-inch 4K LG in the bedroom for a better movie sound experience. In this particular TV, since it is newer, there is the option to hear sound simultaneously from its own speakers and the soundbar, a choice that the older TV did not have. Also, by activating LG Sound Synch from the TV menu, the sound setting obeys the TV remote BUT NOT if it is the LG Magic Remote that some models have. The soundbar manual also states that it is not compatible with the Magic Remote (for some strange reason). If you have the classic LG remote, it will work just fine. I, despite having the Magic Remote, use the old remote due to habit, and it is compatible with both TV and soundbar. I recommend it as a fairly decent and quality choice for sound upgrade within reasonable limits without exaggeration.

You need to calculate the purchase of an optical cable (LG's miserliness or lack of it). It hides all the lower trim height in front of a Sony 37 TV without obstructing the use of the remote control. The sound is very good and clear thanks to the use of an optical cable to connect it to the TV (not included in the package, must be purchased separately), which is not easily found in soundbars under 100€.   With connection from your mobile and YouTube, it plays even louder since you can amplify it from your phone...the positive thing is that you can adjust the subwoofer volume, which you can lower if it distorts at low levels...

  It's really good!! It has powerful sound, clear bass, and can be connected to a TV or mobile phone even if you're 10 meters away. Overall, it's worth it because with just a power cable, you can do your work wirelessly and nicely! The same goes for the subwoofer. The only "issue" is that because it has its own control, even though I have an LG TV, when I try to increase the volume, it doesn't end up as loud as it should be. You either have to use its own control to adjust the soundbar or use the TV control to adjust the soundbar so that you can increase it beyond the 100 that is written on the TV. I don't know if there's another setting that I haven't found yet. In conclusion, forget about big living room speakers and 5.1 home cinema. With just a small and nice speaker and a subwoofer, you can turn your home into a cinema ;)
