  The price is very good, I got it for 17.5 euros along with the purchase of the grill. It can be used on all Unimac grills because the surfaces have the same width - of course, it can also be used on other grills (gas, electric, gas stoves, fireplace). It has a thickness of 6mm in the body, 10mm around the edges, and weighs 3kg.

  It takes about 3-4 minutes longer than the grill rack to reach temperature. It retains heat for up to 35 minutes after turning off.

  For grilling on the plate, it takes more time than on the grill rack. It is good to wipe off excess fat during cooking to prevent the meat from essentially frying. It requires cleaning and scrubbing when changing types of meat.
