2 years now, using it once a week.. Best value for money! If I had paid 60-70€ for such a machine, I would have complaints.. But with 25 euros, and basic use in the shower to be well-groomed, it does exactly what you want!! There have been times when I had long hair and it took a bit longer and I had to open it to remove it, but it seems normal to me!! The design is very nice!! I will buy it again when I need it again.. even though I see myself having it for another 2-3 years because it is still in very good condition.

P.S. After 3 years, the head broke and I bought a new one.. The device holds up well

It takes several passes and a major disadvantage is that it doesn't work while charging. After almost a year, the head broke for no reason. From what I see on Philips, it is sold out and costs about €15, which means that with an additional €5, you can buy the whole device. I changed the head and after a while, it broke again. It's not worth it.

  It is a very good machine, I just wish it would trim body hair a little shorter and with fewer passes in the same area... for 40-45€ it is definitely worth it and some comments saying that the head breaks are not true, at least not for me after 1.5 years of heavy use.   I have had it for 6 months and for its price, I highly recommend it. I use it for body, underarms, legs, and *below*, and it hasn't caused any irritation or cuts anywhere (of course, it requires caution, especially *below*, but if you take your time, it does a very good job). It doesn't shave, meaning it doesn't give a razor-like result where nothing is visible, but it trims the hair so that it appears as small black dots, which personally doesn't bother me and is only noticeable if someone gets very close. I bought it for 30 euros. Because it is waterproof, it charges electromagnetically (not like mobile phones, with USB and direct connection to electricity), so it takes quite a while to charge (5+ hours). To solve this issue, after each use, I let it charge overnight, so whenever I need it, it's ready. I have never depleted its battery, usually for the whole package (body, underarms, legs, *below*), I need around half an hour to forty minutes, and it's perfect (I recommend using shaving foam and warm water, personally it cuts a little better).

  Well, let's start with the negatives:
  1. UNACCEPTABLE for a company that specializes in manufacturing grooming and shaving machines to sell a machine WITHOUT a BRUSH and OIL. UNACCEPTABLE, despite its cheap price.
  2. It takes 8 hours to charge and only works for about an hour.
  Moving on to the positives now:
  1. The machine is very lightweight (due to its cheap construction) and does not strain the hand.
  2. It only requires 2-3 passes (note: only for "mute" areas).
  In conclusion, I chose Philips again for body grooming because a previous model of theirs (also a body groomer) worked for the whole body like a champ for 15 years without the metal mesh breaking, without ever needing oil, and without ever needing a replacement part. It only needed cleaning and nothing else. Even the base could be detached and when reattached, it worked like the first time.
  So, if you put aside the TRAGIC fact that it comes without a brush and oil, it is a great value for money until it lasts.

  The plastic attachment for longer length is useless, as the machine does not shave at all with it. Without the plastic, it takes 2-3 passes to shave properly. It also clogs easily and is difficult to clean. After 2.5 years, it started irritating my skin. It injured me twice and I threw it away.

  I have had it for almost 4 years and the only thing it has needed is one replacement head because it broke after about 2 years of use, but I also have "difficult" hair on my body, it requires several passes (4-5) for a close shave but it doesn't cause any injuries! The battery lasts for about one hour and the charging time is around 4 hours! For its price, it is definitely worth it and more!

  The machine provides a close shave like a razor. However, the downside is that it requires many repetitions to achieve a good result. Another negative aspect is that it tends to clog up quite a bit. There were times when I had to remove the head to clean it properly. The final result, although time-consuming, is good. Almost like a razor. It does not cause irritation and does not pull out hairs unnecessarily. The price is indeed quite tempting, but if for an extra 10 or 15 euros there are machines that can do the job with just 2 passes, I might consider going for another one. But I believe it's the same for this amount of money.

  Certainly, it needs repetition and finding the right angle for a deeper shave, trimming is easier. Before this, I had a cheap one around 10-15 euros and it shaved deeply and quickly with just one pass (but it had battery issues). Also, the fact that it requires 8 hours of charging is a big disadvantage, it's better to get the next model with an extra 10 euros that charges in one hour (both have a 50-minute shaving duration, which is satisfactory). It does its job for 30 euros (including shipping), but it requires patience, I would say. As for durability, I can't say yet as I've only had it for 2 months, it will show over time.

  While it shaves well, it is cheap and does not cause irritation, it easily breaks and the head does not attach well. It lasted a very short period of time, one day the mesh of the head suddenly came off and replacing it costs almost as much as the machine itself. Philips will never become Panasonic, they are cheap and have a variety of models but everything I have bought "gives up" after a while...
