We don't keep them forever. After 1.5 years of daily use, we throw them away. We buy a new one because otherwise we will be spending thousands of euros on doctors due to the leaking aluminum that contaminates the food.
In general, the best utensils are made of stainless steel. Be informed about your health. Disposable ones are paper, and once health is lost, it cannot be regained.

I bought an induction cooktop from Xiaomi and it didn't read my old cookware. By chance, I stumbled upon the stone series. I read the reviews carefully and ended up here. It fries evenly everywhere, cleans super easily, fully non-stick, whatever you put inside slides right out, sturdy and beautiful design. Compared to stainless steel cookware, it takes 3-4 minutes longer to heat up. In the end, I decided to get the whole set: a pot, a frying pan, and a milk saucepan. It's important to avoid scratches, so I use kitchen tools made of silicone. Absolute value for money. I recommend it with my eyes closed.
I give 3 stars because while it works normally on a ceramic hob, it DOES NOT work on an induction hob (NEFF) and it is mentioned in the description, which was the reason I bought the pot. I sent an email to the company and did not receive any response.

The fact that it is heavier than a feather, for me, is a positive. It is sturdy and durable, and it shows that it will not easily warp. Of course, it has nothing to do with the cast iron that actually has weight.

I consider it a very good budget choice for cooking!
