Waterproofing material for the sealing and protection of roofs, terraces, and balconies, bathrooms, gypsum boards, cement boards, asphalt sheets, and other surfaces. Low-viscosity, pourable elastic membrane, polyurethane-based, single-component. Polymerizes with atmospheric moisture and forms a monolithic waterproofing membrane with excellent adhesion across the entire surface. Contains a small amount of solvent (xylol) so no additional thinning is required.
Consists of pure, elastomeric, hydrophobic, polyurethane resin which, along with special inorganic components, provides the product with excellent resistance to weather conditions, chemicals, UV solar radiation, and mechanical and thermal stresses.
It is applied with a roller, brush, or spray (airless 200-250 bar) in two layers with a minimum consumption of 1.5-1.8 kg/m2.
Contains solvents which are flammable. Apply away from open flames and sparks. Do not apply in enclosed spaces without adequate mechanical ventilation and without using activated carbon masks. The solvents are heavier than atmospheric air, so they creep on the ground.

Durability about 7 years, on a rooftop near the sea. You need to apply varnish to make it last 10 years. It's not worth its money, overrated product. Primer-2 coats of hyperdesmo- varnish. There are cheaper options that last the same period.
Superior in all levels, previously I had used a Craft product and it has no comparison. Many dilute the hyoerdesmo but it is good to use it as it is, although it makes it difficult to apply. The perfect thing is to use the same company's primer and then the hyoerdesmo, but who does that. However, for its purpose, it is the best of all
I used hyperdesmo c-lv for the waterproofing of my terrace, which I had previously coated about 15 years ago with a well-known company's insulation material, with which I didn't have any serious issues, the only downside was that it turned black very quickly. Regarding the c-lv, I noticed that it is much easier to apply, it penetrates into small pores while the lv does not do it easily because it is not diluted. It is an amazing material, but you need to pay great attention to the preparation, it requires a very good cleaning and the instructions must be followed diligently. Avoid applying it during the summer months due to heat and insects. I have seen roofs with all kinds of insects stuck on top. Also, when it is wet, you should be careful because it is very slippery (this can be solved by applying extra hail sand). Definitely, due to the color and reflection it creates, there is a significant temperature difference inside the house during the summer months. Don't waste your money on other materials. I have tried several, but you will hardly find anything like hyperdesmo at this price!
I start by saying that I do not know the durability of the product, but I bought it because it has very good reviews regarding its durability.
IT IS A TOUGH MATERIAL. If you have in mind other water-soluble materials, NO COMPARISON. It is understood that you have cleaned the roof with a pressure washer, removed the dust with a blower, there are no loose parts, and it is dry during application.
The primer Microseal 50 by Alchimica is oily in texture and requires caution if applied on tiles because it is very slippery until it dries.
First coat application: The material is dense and quick-drying, no comparison to water-based insulation. The company NOWHERE provides instructions for dilution with the special solvent, so avoid diluting it. Consider that if the roof has irregularities, you will need more than 1 kilogram per square meter for the first coat. It is normal and according to the company, the minimum consumption for 2 coats is 1.5-1.8 kilograms!!!
It leaves a smooth, glossy surface behind. The cost compared to other water-soluble materials is higher. For 100 square meters, you will need 200 kilograms of material, which is 8 buckets of 25 kilograms, almost 800 euros without the final varnish...
I will say it again, hybrid water-based insulations cost less, and they are easier to apply...
The only concern is whether it will withstand more than that, although both materials have a 10-year warranty. The 25 years in Hyperdesmo probably, if I understood correctly, refer to application by specialized companies using primer, mesh, at least two coats of material, and a final varnish...

Very good quality. It spreads easily either with a brush for the walls or with a roller on a large surface! It dries very quickly. It is not meant to be left in the bucket because it dries and comes out like a plastic plate. From the moment it is opened, it must be used entirely because if something is left, it will be wasted!
A few words for those who know and those who do not know.
The product literally kills if applied correctly, and I emphasize that. It is quite expensive, but it is worth every penny if applied correctly.
To help most of you who may not know, and to prevent you from being fooled, pay attention to the following before purchasing and applying it.
First step, you need to clean the roof very well. When I say clean well, I mean with a pressure water machine to remove the dirt that has accumulated over the years. Usually, you will also see the cracks that have appeared on the tiles or the old insulation. It is good to seal the cracks with HYPERSEAL EXPERT from ALCHIMICA or "sausages" as they are widely known.
Second step, you need to apply the primer first (Aquadur). You need 200 grams per square meter. After applying the primer, depending on the weather conditions, if it is winter, it needs more than 7-8 hours, and if it is summer, four hours. Then you apply HYPERDESMO, which requires 1.5kg to 1.8kg per meter, depending on the surface you are dealing with. For example, if the roof is in good condition, use 1.5kg, but if it is full of potholes and worn out, use 1.8kg. Apply one coat and then after 19 to 24 hours, apply the second coat. If you want, you can also apply the varnish (which, for me, is necessary) (Hyperdesmo ady-e and Hyperdesmo ady-500). And truly, until the building collapses, you won't need to deal with the roof again.
Because many companies use material but only apply 1kg per meter to save costs, you need to be careful with the offers you receive and the kilograms they tell you. So, with a simple example, for a 100m roof, you need 150kg of material and 20kg of primer.
The material is truly the best; it just needs proper application.
Note:
Roofs that have asphalt felt or Veral or any type of asphalt coating must be primed with a specific primer.
The specific primer is UNIVERSAL PRIMER 2K, which should be applied quickly because it has an exothermic reaction and can solidify in the bucket.
Water-based primer is not suitable for tar (Aquadur).
