Very good quality. The only thing I find dysfunctional is that the ropes easily become "belly" under heavy weight, even if the axles come very close.
When and if someone manages to install it, it's okay and it doesn't rust (I have a similar one in another house for 10+ years and the aluminum looks like new, unlike the metal ones that rust in the 2nd year). Except for the rope that comes with it, which is not worth putting on because it breaks quickly and leaves marks on clothes.
So you might wonder why only 1 star?
*Here is the asterisk->
Mine came without the holes for the rope on one arm. I thought it was just my luck...
So I made new ones myself.
I try one attachment on the railing (relatively wide/aluminum) and it barely fits. Okay, I say let's continue.
I see the openings of the base and the screws -10mm head- and they are borderline (I estimate that they used the wrong ones because there is a key for 13mm and 10mm screws in the package), about 90% of the screws with tightening would go through the holes so they need washers.
I go and buy them and return to the "project".
Here I should say that it is good to put something between the railing and the bases because it will definitely chip off with tightening (I knew it from the first one I installed and bought).
I look at the diagram and as far as I understand, it is wrong, it shows the arms upside down on the base, I put it the way I assumed it was correct and it works okay.
So I go to install the second base (on the same railing obviously) and the holes are in different places. The distance between them is much smaller than the first base I installed, so it doesn't even fit on the railing.
-At this point, I just want to throw it off the balcony-
I finally make up my mind and bring down the tools again, grab the drill and make new holes.
So a job that was supposed to take about 15-30 minutes ended up taking over 2 hours and required additional tools:
Drill with metal bits, punch, file, washers, a chisel (maybe you won't need this if you don't have such a wide railing), extra rope, and 2+ hours of involvement.
So if you're not a DIYer with an appetite for "projects," I would say to avoid it.
P.S. Something can always happen with a product, but here there are at least 3 deficiencies.
It does its job, just replace the rope it has with a wire rope that is nested in rubber.
It requires a lot of tightening to prevent it from falling under weight, which means it damages the railing, but I don't think it could be any different.
Think about how terrible a clothesline can be and then buy this one to see it up close.
In a small balcony, I simply bought 2 due to their low cost. We installed 3 out of the 4 hooks and it can withstand 2 washing machines. Very good quality and it doesn't show any signs of wear or bending.
Okay, the rope is average but it is consumable anyway.
Recommended.
As a metal construction, it is okay, but the rope is unacceptable and I bought another one with a plastic coating on the outside.
So far it hasn't caused me any problem, but it doesn't seem sturdy. I don't think it will last long. However, it has been helpful and it's not expensive, so personally, I don't mind
The store sent the product in less than 24 hours (through the smart basket of skroutz).
However, it is not very sturdy construction for many clothes. If someone wants a small clothes rack to do their job quickly, it's okay. But it can't handle a washing machine at all.
Very good metal construction, but no matter how hard you try, the axes do not stabilize in a straight line and of course the ropes sag no matter how much weight you hang
Waste of money... doesn't hold well on the railing no matter how tight you secure it, it falls with a little weight... we're trying to support it firmly with makeshift solutions, but so far nothing... I also made the mistake of buying 2 sets, so it's double the waste of money!!!

It does not screw well onto curved railings and does not hold weight. I threw it away.

It does not withstand heavy weight, especially when there is a significant distance in between.
It is not a sturdy construction and the metal parts bent on the first use.

Very good choice. It does not "injure" the balcony railing.
