The grill pan from Lava, thanks to its interior surface that resembles a grill, can serve as both a frying pan and a grill. It is an ideal choice for those who want to give a special smoky flavor to their meats, fish, and vegetables. 

It is made of cast iron, a material that makes it ideal for slow cooking at a steady temperature. Cast iron grill pans heat up more slowly compared to other grill pans, but they retain the temperature steady for a longer time, even if you lower the heat. 

We recommend choosing this grill pan if you want to cook 4-6 servings of food. Due to its large size, it is not suitable for use on small stoves, as it is difficult to evenly distribute the heat throughout the pan. To maintain the non-stick coating in good condition, we advise you to let the pan cool before cleaning it and to avoid using a scouring pad. Prefer a soft, synthetic sponge.

    Very good product, we grill better and faster than charcoal, especially on a gas stove that I have used it on. It easily grills a fish up to a kilo or 4 steaks, just need to burn it with oil before the first use. It needs a good cleaning after use, the only negative is the handle that keeps coming off and becomes useless, that's why one star less.

    Heavy as it should be for a cast iron, with an external length of 36 cm and width of 21 cm and an internal usable length of 32 cm x 18 cm. It can fit 4 "neck" steaks or 3 medium-sized T-bone steaks with bone. It grills vegetables evenly and crispy. I use it on a 2-point induction hob that it sits on and grills evenly. A very good and relatively cheap purchase that cost less than 18€!!! Cleaning is a breeze with a damp sponge, kitchen paper afterwards, and finally "spreading" a little oil and it's ready to use again! The handle is detachable and of poor quality (wire perimeter with silicone).
