For its price (around 12 euros), it does its job well. Of course, it is considered a "toy" and not a serious tool, but for someone who wants to experiment, it is fine.
Quite good for its price and for someone who wants to experiment with simple children's crafts.
For the money you give (about 10 euros), it does its job perfectly. If it had a manual in Greek instead of Russian (?!?!?), I would give it 5 stars...
For a first pen and for someone who just wants to experiment, it's okay. I don't think complex constructions can be made with this one, as it is quite thick and relatively heavy, so it doesn't allow for great detail. However, for its price, it's fine. It's what you expect.
