The worst thing ever, within 3 months on the 5th use it broke. It doesn't heat the water nor does it produce steam. It's perfect for a watering can.

I have never bought a more problematic device. It broke one month after we bought it, again after 3 weeks, again after a month, and again after 2 months. Thankfully, there is a warranty because so far we have replaced the valve, the flange cap, the cable, and I think the switch. The only things that haven't been replaced are the plastic casing and the metal tank. Until now.
The latest news is that 6 months ago (early 2023), the metal tank got punctured and the steam cleaner flew off.

Recent purchase. Nice design of the device. Easy handling. Easy attachment of accessories. Long cable.
Negative points:
1 - Small water tank, resulting in frequent refilling.
2 - After a short time (30 minutes or more), it becomes tiring to hold because it requires frequent refilling, thus increasing the working time while reducing its performance on tough dirt. (Using it without the extension pole)

For now, these are the few points. In the future, I will come back with new comments on positive and negative aspects.

Anyone complaining about the capacity and steam production must be either blind or naive, as all the information is clearly stated in the technical specifications. Even the duration or coverage in square meters, approximately 20 sqm per fill, is mentioned. The machine is perfect, small, and practical, and within ten minutes, it has made a 50 sqm house spotless. Don't hesitate. With such a price, you have an amazing machine that literally disappears when stored. It does exactly what it promises! Don't underestimate it. You will lose out. If you don't want to refill regularly, then get a larger device with more volume and higher pressure. But my friend, that requires more money, and you won't find it in such a small size! Don't blame the device for your wrong choices. It's like buying a small car and complaining that it doesn't have a big trunk. Come on!

The product has an amazing construction and it should, since it can come into contact with very hot water. The steam is great as long as you don't press it continuously because the pressure drops a bit and you have to wait a little to have the same performance again. I give it 4 stars because the tank is small and it runs out relatively quickly, and then you have to wait for it to heat up again and it's frustrating. I found the solution by boiling water in a kettle and having it next to me so I could refill it when it ran out. The waiting time dropped to 1 minute from the 3-4 it takes. I hope I helped.

3 stars because the small container is not convenient, if it runs out you have to stop and refill it, it would be nice if you could fill it while using it
