Starting with the positives, it easily cleans surfaces that we use daily. Also, due to the high temperature of the steam, it logically sterilizes and some surfaces appear cleaner. It is also effective compared to cleaning accessories (e.g. brushes, etc.).
On the negative side, it leaves marks (for this reason, we bought extra cloths to change them before they get dirty) on glass surfaces and floors (marble). It is definitely not user-friendly for everyday use and requires storage space. Additionally, the cord does not retract and needs to be squeezed into a small compartment. It is very difficult to clean old grease and you have to insist for a long time. Therefore, for a thorough cleaning, you need at least 2 refills and in the end, it cannot replace certain cleaning accessories (such as a mop or glass cleaner, etc.). We are talking about a 46 sq.m. house.
Taking all this into consideration, and without enough extra accessories and replacements (a separate attachment is sold for fabric surfaces), the price is clearly overrated.

The hot water function is amazing as it removes stains even without touching them. It is very convenient that it has spray pressure options so you can even clean wooden surfaces by adjusting it carefully. It is better for grease, for example, to put a cloth in front of the extractor hood because the hot cloth will immediately remove the grease without any effort. The extension is also a plus because it is not only for the floor but also for the walls or ceiling. Here I have to mention that I avoided painting the house! The filling container is important because even while it is in operation, you can fill it without having to open the boiler. The cable is long enough for a house, but I don't know about larger spaces. The brush is durable compared to other brands, but it is still consumable. So far, the only negative is the equipment provided in the package. It should have included the window cleaner, for example. The accessories are very expensive. Always wear protective glasses, hot droplets can fly. I hope I helped. Only time will tell its lifespan.
