makes good coffee. the advantage it has is a wide variety of different brands. for the noise, I had other machines and didn't notice a difference
It's fantastic, I take lor intensity 11 capsules and I think they make the best coffee, I can't even drink espresso outside anymore, within 1.5 minutes I have coffee in the morning!
The best thing for making coffee at home.
I only use Nespresso capsules and the quality of the espresso is more than satisfactory for a capsule coffee at home.
Also, you save a tremendous amount of money when today for coffee delivery you spend 3+ euros while the authentic Nespresso capsules start from 0.40€.
I don't think anyone needs a more expensive Nespresso machine than this one; it does its job just fine!
Wonderful, small and elegant, you can take it with you even on vacation to always have wonderful fragrant coffee! The variety of drinks is endless, there's no way you won't find something you like! I love it!

Average to bad, it doesn't make nice coffee at all, I have tried different brands and still the same, it doesn't heat the water enough. I do not recommend it....
Purchased in May 2023, after one month of use it leaks water on the counter. Sent to Nespresso for inspection, they asked for 69€ for a practically useless GASKET and do not cover warranty for clearly a manufacturing issue. STAY AWAY from this coffee machine.
When you open the box and see it, you get excited because it is very beautiful and small device, but as soon as you start using it, the negatives (for me) became apparent due to 10 years of experience with the nespresso citiz which I consider to be superior!
The big downside is that the flow of coffee is intense (thick), resulting in the disappearance of the crema, meaning it is not fine and slow (as it should be).
Also, another downside in the black color is the visible fingerprints.
This is a very reliable product. I have had it for two years already and use it every day. The coffee is simply good. The only negative thing I would say is that the machine is noisy, especially in the morning when it is quiet.
It makes a great espresso! And with capsules from another company! We learned with illy as if we had it in our village too!

Just after the warranty expired, it started leaking water from underneath, pouring random amounts of water into the coffee, and eventually stopped working. The same thing happened to my godmother's exactly.
I was unlucky as soon as the warranty expired, it had the known problem mentioned in the comments, it was leaking water and additionally the buttons had pressing issues. And to fix it, the company told me it's not worth it. I wouldn't buy it again, stay away!!!
I had my old Krups since 2005 and it made incredible coffee with a lot of cream. This one makes coffee like French coffee. It's such a shame for Krups, I considered it reliable. The only positive thing is that it is beautiful and heats up quickly
My friend and I have almost the same story, the only difference is two months, which played a role because mine was not under warranty while the other one was. They suddenly broke, leaking water and malfunctioning. In my case, they told me it was not worth repairing by the company and advised me to buy new ones, while in the other case, they fixed it because it was still within the warranty period. From what I understood, they seem to have made them to break after just 2 years.
My first Nespresso coffee machine. Small, user-friendly, and efficient. It hasn't disappointed me. It may struggle a bit when using compatible capsules that are not Nespresso, but it still performs at its best. If one of the two compartments, which it has for water that may run from the capsules or the coffee spout, overflows, it can be a bit of a hassle to clean it from underneath. I haven't thought about replacing it for two and a half years. It still performs like it did in the first month. If the company's capsules don't suit you, you can find relatively cheap compatible ones at the supermarket with good quality. If you don't want Vertuo for a little more money (and much more expensive capsules), I highly recommend it.
In combination with the Clatronic MS 3326 milk frother, I make the best cappuccino I have ever made at home.
Finally, noise is not a problem. I have other Nespresso machines and they work just fine. The container for used capsules is a bit small. However, it is a compromise compatible with the machine's small size. Good purchase!
It is the second machine I have in my student house for about 8 months. It is excellent. Very easy to use as you have ready coffee in less than half a minute by pressing a button. The noise is the same as my other machine, meaning not annoying at all. It takes up minimal space in the kitchen and is definitely worth the purchase.
After 3 years of daily use, the case that secures the capsule broke and started leaking water. I took it to a shop that repairs electrical appliances and they told me that the replacement part is expensive and it's not worth repairing it. However, if you have some basic skills, you can fix it yourself as the replacement part is available from abroad for around 35 euros. It's just a matter of unscrewing 4 screws and detaching it. I have ordered it and I'm waiting for it
I bought it because it is small and has a nice design, as well as being quiet. After 2 years and 3 months, it broke. The part that punctures and secures the capsule broke, causing it to leak water. From what I saw, many users had the same problem after 2-3 years. Never again KRUPS! This time I will go for Delonghi, which is reliable!
My first Nespresso machine and it has been incredibly convenient. It takes up very little space and is not too noisy. The bin that holds the used capsules can fit 5-6 and is easily removable.
Honest, does what it promises. Ideal for office space. If you are particular about coffee and especially for home, go for manual mode.
After 1 year of daily use (an average of 4 coffees per day, approximately), I declare myself thrilled! I didn't expect such a device to make such good coffee! It takes up minimal space on the counter, heats up in a few seconds, and I can use many different capsules from various brands, etc, etc... everything has already been said in previous reviews and I agree and amplify it!
After two years, it's time for evaluation.
With daily use of 2-6 capsules per day, I have to say that it is an amazing purchase.
Moderate noise, excellent coffee, easy cleaning.
It broke after 2.5 years, from what I found out, it's a round gasket near the mouthpiece that is causing the problem and it's leaking water from there.
We have had it for almost a year and it is really great. Compatible with any type of capsule from any manufacturer and not easily limited to flavors and aromas. Lately, I have noticed that the extraction is not as smooth, so we will get the descaling kit from Nespresso (you can easily find service, accessories, etc.) and do the descaling at home, as the website has instructions for this specific machine in case you have lost yours. Overall, excellent coffee and you have Nespresso's support for whatever comes up.
Do not look elsewhere, I have had it for two years and it works like new with many capsule brands. Not a single capsule has been damaged. The machine is small in size, it does not take up space in the kitchen, nor does it shout 'I am here, pay attention to me'. Perfect for me, I highly recommend it.
I have it for a while, I am satisfied, it is small, makes good coffee, it doesn't make noise like an expensive branded German-made one that I had, and every time I made coffee it was like using a compressor, overall very good! It's worth its money.
Very satisfied with this purchase, highly recommend it. The original capsules are clearly better, but I also liked the L'or ones and they work perfectly with the machine. I also tried the Dimello ones, nice flavors, but the capsules don't fit exactly, the lid is a bit difficult to close and I ended up cutting them. The Lidl ones are very economical, but when I use them, I have to run a little water first, which alters the taste of the coffee, so I also cut them.
