    Perfect band, it has endured 1 year of very systematic use and has made a huge difference in home workouts.
    208cm x 1.3cm x 0.45cm.
    It can be used on its own or in combination with weights.
    Great for strengthening and flexibility of small muscles, warm-up for everyone, but also for drills, e.g. for martial arts.
