The Loop, generally speaking, is the next step for someone who has reached a plateau with resistance bands or TRX straps and no longer sees progress in their body. In any other situation (excluding medical recommendation), it is unnecessary. It's like wanting to perform Hamilton's tricks without a driver's license. First, you learn to drive (with simple resistance bands), and then you enter F1 (the Loop). Having clarified that, I continue with this specific Live Pro product. For my standards, it is very good. Within 1.5 months, it took my training to such a level that at 52 years old, I have the muscular definition of a 30-year-old. My friends look at me with disbelief and open mouths. By choosing the red color, you have a sturdy resistance that allows a trained body to overcome any stagnation caused by thin bands or straps or pointless trips to the gym. I say pointless because the pandemic has shown that some stereotypes are outdated. You don't need a personal trainer or a space to pay for, just one square meter anywhere and a YouTube video to achieve your goals. Of course, along with the above, you need determination, self-discipline, and 15-20 minutes a day. That's it. So far, even with intense use (I am 1.87m, 103kg, and do multiple sets with 5 seconds of rest), the Loop hasn't shown any signs of wear. Excellent work by Live Pro, and I am so satisfied that I will soon go and buy the black color, the super hard one. Watch out, Arnold.
Update 08/09/22
I bought the black one a while ago and based on the program, I expected to start training with even greater resistance, which I have been doing for two weeks now. It is indeed as hard as it claims, super hard. It has a larger surface area compared to the other colors, which means that anyone with small palms will struggle with most exercises. Also, due to the very strong resistance, it is not recommended for tall individuals, especially in standing exercises. It would be better if they (tall individuals) convert those exercises from standing to seated position. Pay attention to how you grip it, never with bare hands, always with gloves, as it is so hard that it can cause problems on the palms during exercise. As for its durability, if there were another 50 stars, I would give them all without hesitation. Its effectiveness is something else; my muscular definition easily rivals that of a bodybuilder. Arnold, eat my dust, buddy.
Update 29/05/2023
The black one dissolved after 1 year of barbaric use, almost on a daily basis, mostly outdoors, frequent stepping with athletic shoes, etc. I still believe that an accessory like this, which turns exercise into a game, is clearly a better and more economical choice compared to the 250+ euros needed for a mediocre gym membership. I highly recommend buying it, and of course, it's value for money.
It broke after a year without any particular strain. Be very careful because it is particularly hard, and if it breaks and you are not paying attention, you could get seriously hurt.
It is very good, the medium size, and I expected it to be lighter, but it has a greater resistance than I expected. So if you want to get it to start, you will do very well, but the light one, not the medium
Very good, I have had it for almost a year and it still does a very good job. I use it as an aid for the pull-up bar and I also do extra exercises. Of course, you need to be careful because if you step on it with shoes, it can easily get cut.
I had it for about 2 years inside the house, it has never seen sunlight, it has never gotten wet and it had relatively little use. Then one day it broke and almost hit me when it broke. I noticed that it had dried out a lot in several places and it broke in one of those spots. Very good at first, but it doesn't justify breaking so quickly
The rubber is very high quality!
Unfortunately, I didn't understand its use correctly.
This rubber is mainly intended for assistance in exercises and not so much for isolating exercises (e.g. lateral extensions, etc.).
Although I chose the Medium, it is quite hard for the use I wanted it for.
I have been very satisfied, today is the first day I used it and it really helps me a lot. I did 11 reps in the first set and 8 reps in the next three sets. Without it, I only did 10 reps in the first set and 4-6 reps in the following sets. The product is very good. I recommend it for someone who wants to improve their balance on the slackline until they get used to it without the rubber band..
Review for the Mediocre Blue. I got it for help with pull-ups, without the band I could do 2 proper pulls with wide open hands, with the band I can do 10-11, I weigh 92 kilograms. Essentially, it removes 10-30 kilograms from my weight, when the band is very stretched (30 kilograms) and as it returns to its original size, the assistance is much smaller.
They broke very quickly.
4 stars because it is not exactly medium resistance. It is quite hard compared to other medium loop bands from other companies. Ideal for pull-ups, not ideal for strength workouts because it is too hard, for example, it doesn't work well for squat with shoulder press. All of this, of course, depends on weight and height.
I had a relatively small and thin band to help me with pull-ups. Then I decided to buy a relatively hard band to assist me with muscle-ups. So, I decided to buy the hard band (the red one) as I needed a lot of assistance to achieve a muscle-up and wanted to learn the technique. This particular band is very, very hard and I do not recommend it for beginners, etc. It would be better if you need assistance to go for a softer band. Other than that, in terms of quality, it is impeccable. I recommend it to everyone, but be careful which one you choose.
I bought it to strengthen myself and help me with the first steps for pull-ups, very good quality!
I use it exclusively on the pull-up bar for Pull ups. I thought I would need a second one because I still can't do even one on my own - and at the gym I needed two bands. However, with this one, I have enough feedback to be able to do the necessary sets. Excellent choice.
Excellent for multi-joint exercises but also individually for exercises such as rotational pedals / biceps, etc. with appropriate positions. Generally, with a little creativity, it can be a versatile tool for training many different muscle groups.
I have it for 5 months daily use sometimes and on the limit since I also put it on the scale sometimes for push-ups. I weigh 71kg and it supports me with considerable force, I would say in every Pull up, and no matter how much time has passed, it has not lost its strength
I have had it for three months now and today I managed to do my first muscle-up. It is what you need to quickly elevate your level
The rubber is hard at first, but it suits my weight perfectly. (75kg) For pull-ups, it is just as I wanted it and personally, I am satisfied
Well, the Greenik rubber is a very good value for money, but I encountered a problem after using it for about three months. The rubber broke during an exercise, without having any previous issues. However, I was able to fix it and I will be more careful. If it holds up like this, it's good, but if it happens again, it might be better to find something else
I wanted it harder, I didn't know before buying it. I have it on the scale as a morning aid for a Muay Thai athlete. I don't deal with it at 91 kilos with 26% body fat. You won't get 4 sets of 20 reps. You want it harder, but otherwise very good
It has a relatively small surface area, but this is not a problem. It is mainly used for exercises targeting small muscle groups such as biceps, triceps, and shoulders. If you want to use it for chest and back exercises, it is better to go for a thicker resistance band if you are at an advanced level. Otherwise, if you are a beginner, it is ideal to start with this one. Overall, very good impressions.
Very good product, definitely value for money, even though it hasn't been used enough, it is of good quality and seems to be durable. The resistance level is suitable and can be adjusted depending on how you hold it, allowing you to achieve the desired resistance. I will definitely buy other colors later
Even for advanced users, the resistance band is very good. It works well for triceps, biceps, and shoulders with very good resistance. I am very satisfied. For someone who lifts fifteen kilograms with one arm, the resistance band can provide the same resistance. At first, it requires some familiarization in order to adjust the techniques. I have done about ten training sessions and it has not softened.
Good product, durable but very hard. Recommended for athletes who want something with great resistance in exercises (e.g. ideal for back, not for arms, etc.)
After 1.5 years, there is absolutely no wear or signs of loosening. The best value for money.
I am reevaluating after 2 years. It is generally hard and durable as a material. After 2 years, it hardened even more and eventually tore while I was working out. Luckily, it didn't have elasticity because if it did, it would have snapped back and hit me in the face. Basically, I now have the whole range of these bands and I'm sure the rest will also wear out soon because they have hardened quite a bit. If you want something to last for 2 years of training and then throw it away, it will do the job, but it's not an investment for a longer period of time. There are other bands that will last a couple of decades, obviously at triple the purchase price...
This specific rubber is not just a rubber. It's hard as if it's a car collar, you have to be a trained beast to pull it. I tied it to the bed to do leg exercises and by pulling it, I moved the bed! No elasticity for stretching. And it's medium, meaning with the hardest one you can pull a ship.

I gave a few more stars, it's my fault because I didn't expect it to be so hard.. useless
It broke down within 6 months after being used on a pull-up bar

Personally, it didn't work for me on the pull-up bar. I am 1.85 meters tall.

Unfortunately, it broke just one week after purchasing it...
Unfortunately, it does not have durability. I didn't even use it 20 times and it broke.
