100 width, 120 height. The fabric is quite good, with PVC lining inside, to make it waterproof. At the bottom, it has 2 strong Velcro straps diagonally, to gather and tighten it so that it doesn't drag on the ground when worn on the grill. It has three holes (vents) diagonally, to allow for ventilation and prevent moisture from building up inside the PVC, which actually works (it also ventilates from the bottom, of course). I believe it's worth its money, I am satisfied.
