I have it for two years, it is very beautiful with a small difficulty in the water container. It makes coffee in the right amount of time and doesn't run like crazy, which is good for me because it needs to filter the coffee well. Now, a little while ago, it started to take too long to make coffee and produces a small amount of coffee - something that I read in other reviews as well. I was ready to take it for service, since it was still under warranty, but before I did, I tried cleaning it with the cleaning products available at the Super Market, which you put in the water container, then add enough water to rinse, etc. That was it! It had a lot of salts, which I saw with my own eyes breaking into small white pieces and it removed them in the upper container, even though I only used bottled water! After that, it started working as before, at least for now - update. Eventually, after a few months, it needed a safety change or something like that. 15 euros. It has been a year and it works perfectly.
I wanted it so much for the design and the color, but I was disappointed!! I've had it for 5 months and I've already had to send it for repair twice, with the second time the motherboard getting burned and having to wait 1.5 months for a replacement! I'm sorry.. I don't recommend it to anyone.. Hopefully, I can help someone with this comment and save their money..
It makes very nice coffee and with the setting for strength you can have coffee to your taste. The opening for the water intake is a bit too small. Not managed in 3 days to fill up without a splutter. The programming is pretty straight forward and the auto function gives you coffee on time. Ordered with extended warranty due to some reviews. Will update to a later time, after longer use.
Although I am diligent in maintaining all the devices we use, it broke. It died suddenly three days ago.
From the first year I got it, the resistance broke. I did automatic cleaning with the recommended dosages in the brochure and then it simply burned out. We replaced it with a spare part and then the automatic cleaning stopped working. And after that, the carafe cracked twice at the bottom. I think now, after all this, I will simply change the brand and the coffee maker.
It is beautiful. In just a few days of household use, it shows excellent performance. If you have prepared it from the night before, you have ready coffee the next morning at the time you want it. You just have to get up and not go back to sleep because it keeps it warm for about half an hour.
The coffee maker is great, it does its job excellently, the coffee it produces is of high quality, and to respond to those who wrote a negative review. In one year of operation, it suddenly stopped working. Reading most of the comments, I understand that there is an issue with the circuit board. I took it to a technician and he told me that this specific one, as well as the Izzi ones, are of very poor quality and break very easily. Stay away and stick with Ariete. It's not worth it for coffee, only to have it and see it from afar.
I have had it for a year and something, I use it more in the winter to make hot coffee, it hasn't caused me any problems, it collects steam fine, but not dramatically, it does its job just fine, it reproduces the taste of coffee well. Now, I don't know how many years it will last, but so far, everything is good!
Unfortunately, I have had it for less than a year and it doesn't work... It's not worth 60+ euros... as I had a French coffee maker for 20 euros and it lasted 10 years...
It is worth more as a beautiful object to have on your counter if you have extra space, and if you buy ground coffee, buy a REGULAR COFFEE MAKER..... The circuit board burned out and it cost more to send it back and forth than to buy a regular coffee maker from another company....

I have had this coffee maker for 3 years. While at first I was excited, of course, about its appearance and later about the quality of the coffee, it has been at least 1 year now that the coffee comes out terrible (very terrible) and this is because it does not function properly. Initially, it takes 40 minutes for one cup for sure. Secondly, it releases so much steam that it ruins everything around it. Thirdly, now it only produces 1.5 cups instead of the 2 cups I make daily. I see water around the coffee maker and I can't tell if it's a problem or if it's because of the excessive steam it releases. I haven't changed anything in the preparation, I have been using the same coffee for so many years and the same filters. I clean it and descale it exactly as instructed, but it seems to have been broken for a while now. In general, the negatives, if I had written them before this past year, which is probably a waste, are that compared to other coffee makers, this one is difficult to fill. Cleaning it is generally difficult, especially the water container. The carafe requires attention because it is glass, and the plastic parts change color from the coffee. All of these things have not bothered me until today, but today I waited 45 minutes to drink a terrible coffee.
I bought it for the second time because of the quality of the coffee it makes. Value for money!!! In the first one, the container where the filter goes broke.
The coffee maker is fantastic. At first, I was concerned about the comments regarding the difficult water filling, but by measuring the cups in the carafe, you can calculate how much water to put from the beginning. Perfect design and very good aromatic coffee. The function for programming the coffee preparation is another plus.
Update: I have had it for 2 years already and it is still like new.
I have had it for six years without any problems. The only thing that gave me trouble was that if the jug breaks, it is not easy to find a replacement. After finding one after a lot of searching, I paid about half the price of the coffee maker. As for coffee production, it is quite good
AWAY!! We bought it solely for its design, but in the two years, water was leaking from the bottom tank as if it had a hole, until one moment it made a noise like it exploded and the circuit board burned out, and it stopped working. Since it wasn't under warranty, it went straight to the trash with a buzzer-beater three-pointer. Now, choices will be made based only on criteria and not appearance.
Extremely beautiful, much better than it looks in the photo. Nice coffee and aroma, and as correctly mentioned, it depends on the blend you buy. The container is easy to fill, I can't say otherwise, but if you're half asleep, it will definitely spill a little if you fill it with the coffee cup.
I wish I could rate it with a negative score.... It barely worked properly for six months... Now, in order to have a cup of coffee, you have to add almost a liter of water and wait at least half an hour to drink it.... For the 50+ euros you pay, you expect to buy something decent... What a waste of money!
It makes very good coffee, especially at the maximum level that I have it, it is strong and full of aroma - it is important what coffee you use -, the container fills very easily even if it is on top and it is definitely an external decoration! Definitely value for money!
Owner for about a month and I have to say the following:
Positive: It is beautiful when you see it in your kitchen.
It is very convenient that it is programmable, as long as you wake up within the 40 minutes it takes to make the coffee because after that it starts to cool down. Personally, if I'm late, I press the power button again and it starts to heat up.
The coffee does not lose its aroma, of course, this also depends on the coffee you use.
The flow of the coffee is fast, in 11-12 minutes you have 12 cups.
The option to choose the strength of the coffee is good, but the differences are very small.
I am not bothered that the water level is not visible because I pour the water with the jug or the cup I want to use. I just have to put a little more water because it holds a certain amount along with the coffee, so the amount of water is measured from the beginning.
Let's move on to the negatives:
It is difficult to pour the water in, you have to use either a pot or the same jug but not completely full because the spout is not the best.
Unfortunately, the jug is not convenient at all when it is full. The counter will drink the coffee first and then the guests. My suggestion is to put coffee for a maximum of 9 cups so that you can serve it carefully in the first cup.
I do not know the quality of the plastic filter it has inside, but in the first coffees it smelled like burnt plastic, so I had to remove it and use a disposable paper filter.
It is a big mistake for the water container to communicate with the coffee container. When the process is finished, the lid and the entire interior hold a lot of water from the steam, so you have to wipe it well in order to put the coffee for the next day. If you don't do this, the coffee will absorb all the moisture and its taste will be altered, as it still absorbs some moisture since the coffee communicates with the water container.
Summary:
If you want a beautiful machine for your counter, it is the best option, but it is definitely not value for money.
If you just want to drink a coffee, look for something more economical.
I do not regret the purchase because I really like the coffee maker.
There is no water level indicator on the outside, you have to bend over the coffee maker to see how much it has filled up. The biggest drawback for me is that the coffee stays hot for only 40 minutes...
I have had it for 1 year and I can say that it is very good! Obviously, a large part of its price is due to its design, which is incredible and made with very good materials. However, it is also very honest in its functions and the options it gives you when making coffee.
The only thing that might bother me, and that's why I gave it 4/5, is that it brews the coffee quite quickly, something that I deeply appreciate, of course, on the days when I wake up with one eye open.

I have had it for 3 years and overall I am satisfied as I do not have high expectations for my coffee. I am not satisfied with the taste, it seems to be somewhat bitter and loses its aroma... When I make coffee with some flavor like vanilla or hazelnut, it does not bring out the flavors.
Also, lately I have to use an extra paper filter because with its own filter it leaves a lot of sediment...
I like that it has my coffee ready in the morning and that it is a beautiful device, although quite bulky.

I have it for about a year and something.. apart from the very beautiful design, I wouldn't recommend it. I have a great love for coffee and unfortunately the aroma and taste are below average. As for the water tank, it is very inconvenient. To see the level, you have to bend over the coffee maker and struggle to see the numbers.
A positive aspect is that it closes on its own.
It is a beautiful device in compact dimensions compared to others of the same capacity. Negatives: it has a washable filter, the plastics heat up quite a bit especially after continuous heating. Because of this, the "metallic" stickers on the top came off. Also, one of the fasteners on the lid broke (it does not affect the functionality). Positives: it has 3 water speeds, the carafe has a good spout and does not drip when pouring coffee, the start can be programmed. Overall, it is a very good choice at €50-55. I use it twice a day (10 cups each time) with intermittent heating, for about 1.5 years.
BAD material quality at the point where the glass container of the coffee touches... if coffee or water spills, it leaves a difficult-to-remove black residue... after some time, the material gets damaged... they could have made it out of glass, it's probably plastic... it's a good device for around 50 euros... beyond that, it's not worth a single euro more.
