Multi-card reading unit with plug-and-play functionality for quick workflows.

The SanDisk ImageMate® PRO Multi-Card Reader/Writer works with SD™ and microSD™ cards, as well as CompactFlash® cards. It offers transfer speeds of up to 312MB/s for SD and microSD cards and up to 160MB/s for CompactFlash cards, while featuring a USB 3.0 interface that can transfer content up to 10 times faster compared to the USB 2.0 interface.

    As a reader, it's fine. The problem is its connection; it's not Type-C. It's a USB 3.0 to Type-C cable. And we all know how problematic USB 3.0 is for disconnections. Generally, it works, but it disconnects often and needs to be unplugged and plugged back in.
    Update: After 2 years, it started to corrupt files during transfer and I lost data. I replaced it with the Sony SD reader. No problems since then.
    - I wouldn't buy it again.

    Very beautiful, excellent build quality (good quality plastic).
    Fast and always reliable.
    I have it permanently on my iMac and sometimes I also use it on my MacBook.
