Quality is good and indeed waterproof. I would take one size larger so that it covers a bit of the sides as it is borderline on the surface of the mattress.

It is not particularly breathable, you can't use it in the summer. It's so hot that you sweat!

I am coming back almost after a year. What is happening is unbelievable. In the wash, every time, it seems to absorb all the dirt from the other clothes and the washing machine together. I take it out and it's like I have mopped the floor! I put it back in alone to return to its previous state, before the 1st wash. And I put it in a 3rd time alone to clean.
