I didn't play a lot with the default UI I just flashed openwrt and I am amazed with this guy. I even managed to make it create and hotspot and connect to a wifi at the same time. Awesome device especially for 20 euro.

The device is a router and not a modem router, and I say this because some people think that all routers are also modems. Modem is something else, router is something else, and modem-router is something else. Despite its small size and the small RAM and ROM, I have installed OpenWRT with drivers for USB and additionally installed wireguard. Everything works flawlessly for months! It is one of the most high-quality minimalist devices with the most capabilities I have ever seen in my life. It is worth every euro!

Very good device, quite cheap for what I'm asking for with some points:
1) It only supports 4G modems and not all of them (there is a list on the TP-Link website).
2) Its LAN port is only 10/100.
3) I bought version v1 and received V2 - and I chose the older version because V1 supports the Cosmote USB dongle (internet backup) by default.
3a) With a firmware upgrade, it managed to recognize the USB dongle.
3b) Very good support from TP-Link.
3c) Skroutz support, after 3 emails, suggested that I return it even though I had opened the packaging - but with the firmware upgrade, it worked, so I didn't bother.Translated from Greek ·- Operational stability

First of all, it should not be called a 4G router, since it does not include the 4G modem on it. So you have to buy a USB modem as well. I tried it with an Alcatel Stick, it didn't even recognize it. I borrowed a Huawei and it works, but it freezes every day. It works as a WiFi, but the internet needs to be restarted every 24 hours. I will buy something more professional.

A 3G/4G router and Access Point and Repeater/Bridge for 20 euros? The router-aki is unbelievable... My first impressions are excellent.

Although on the list of USB routers it says that it supports it, it cannot recognize it. It is quite good in other functions.

It does not cooperate - even though the website claims it does - with the USB #G dongles on the market. The technical support of the company is simply ... tragic both in terms of response time and understanding of the problem. In the end, they referred me to the store where - luckily there was a trained employee - and I found support there.

It was incompatible with drivers from a (relatively old) Vodafone stick, so I deducted one star. However, for the little time it worked, it was perfect. It is worth buying, just make sure to test its compatibility with your USB, otherwise you will struggle.
