Very good suction cup, tested on a car hood with rain at speeds up to 60 km/h on a Greek country road (decorated with a remarkable "variety" of potholes) and proved to be very stable.

I have had it for 1 week, but I haven't had the chance to use it as I want. One thing I can say for sure so far.... it's like an octopus suction cup... once you place it somewhere, especially on a car window or metal, and lock it, it doesn't move at all.

Update: On wood, after a while, the suction cup loses air and falls off, so don't risk it. The smoother the surface, the better.

I will come back after 3 and 6 months of using it, once I have used it 100%.

OK, it's a bit expensive accessory but at least you know that your camera (worth 500€) will be safe. It would be a shame for the camera to fall from anywhere just because someone would want to save 20-30€. As for the functionality, it is well known from thousands of videos on YouTube, etc.
