Active Ingredients

Vitamin D and Vitamin K2 work synergistically to ensure that calcium is directed from the arteries to the bones, where it helps improve bone density.

Without enough Vitamin K2, calcification within the arteries may occur.

Vitamin D also helps maintain healthy bones and teeth, supports a healthy immune system, and contributes to normal muscle function.

Dosage

  • 3 sprays per day (or as directed by your doctor).
  • No need to take with food or water, can be taken any time of the day and can be combined with our other oral sprays.
  • Initial use: Press the pump 3 times to start the liquid flow.
  • Shake well before each use.
  • Spray carefully into your mouth, ideally on the inside of your cheek, and hold for a few seconds before swallowing.
  • Replace the cap after use.

Each spray delivers:

3 sprays provide 3000IU (75μg (micrograms)) of vitamin D and 75μg (micrograms) of vitamin K2.

Other ingredients: Water, xylitol, acacia gum, menaquinone-7 (vitamin K2), sunflower lecithin, citric acid, preservative: potassium sorbate, peppermint oil, cholecalciferol (vitamin D3), DL-α tocopheryl acetate (vitamin E).

    It didn't help me at all. Vitamin D3 at the end of December was 28.4nmol. I started using this product in early January. Vitamin D3 in early March was 27.7nmol. After 2 full months of proper and daily use, the D3 level decreased instead of increasing. The price is a bit high, it should have at least done its job. I will not use it again.
