Usage Instructions

• For cryotherapy, the Gelpack should be placed in the freezer for at least two and a half hours and then wrapped in a thin towel before applying to the injured area.
• For thermotherapy, the Gelpack can be placed in boiling water or in a bowl of water in the microwave set for 2 minutes at 600 Watts.
