It is made of aluminum, a material that makes it lightweight, particularly resistant to rust, and very quick to heat up. It features a non-stick coating to prevent food from sticking.

To maintain the integrity of the coating, we advise you to let your cookware cool before cleaning it and to avoid using abrasive cleaning tools. Instead, opt for a soft, synthetic sponge.
