I have had it for over 2 months and I haven't seen any improvement in the condition of the 2 nails that I use it on. I followed the instructions carefully. First, I trimmed my nails. I regularly wash my feet, dry them well, apply the cream morning and night, and don't immediately put on socks so that the cream doesn't get absorbed by them. It's like a watery vaseline that just slightly softens the skin around the nail. This is the only thing I noticed in the 2 months and something that I have been using it. So... I can't see it as something good. It's a waste of money, a waste of time, and it made me feel like there is no solution and that all similar products will be like this.

  I suffered for 19 years, trying everything recommended by dermatologists, even heavy treatments along with different lacquers. Nothing worked! I was disappointed. The ONLY product that delivered on its promises was this one. However, you need to remove the ENTIRE infected nail, otherwise the fungus will find ground and grow SICK again. You should do the same EVERY TIME it starts to get sick until you see it growing healthy. You cut it with a nail cutter/scissors/wheel. Try whichever method works for you or go to a specialist to have it removed. I used it 3-5 times a day after washing and thoroughly drying the nail with a towel. In the past, whenever I built or painted my nail, it worsened to the point of becoming brown or even black. It had also detached from the skin for a decade and it hurt. I started the treatment exactly a year ago and now my nail is healthy as you can see in the photos!!! I needed 2 bottles because I applied a sufficient amount and massaged it for a few seconds on and under the nail (on the skin) and on the entire finger. Thank you very much for your reviews that led me to purchase this product!!!

  Fantastic product!! The only thing I noticed was improvement in persistent fungus. I have tried treatment with lacquer and medication with no results. With systematic application, the fungus decreased within 2 months!! Don't think twice! The best purchase does what it promises but requires patience to see results. Calculate a time frame of 3 months for fungus disappearance.

  I had fungus on both feet, on the big toenail and the adjacent one.
  AFTER ONE MONTH OF USE:
  On the big toenails, the discoloration was in a severe form, covering 25% of the nail, underneath of course. It has decreased to 10%.
  On the adjacent nails, the discoloration was at 20%, more recent, and completely disappeared on both feet.
