I have had it for two years. With a maximum user weight of 110 kilograms and my weight being 98 kilos, it hasn't held up well. As a result, the wheels would break almost every six months. The positive thing is that Sharkoon provided good support by sending me free wheels, but it was an unpleasant experience not being able to use my chair for 2-3 weeks. The two cushions were not very effective, they don't help at all and they also obstruct. Considering its price, I believe that there may be better available options. Perhaps spending a little more on a higher quality chair could be an investment worth the trouble instead of buying this one.

I am 70 kilos and I have absolutely no issue with the chair's durability. The wheels are very good and the fabric is really good for both winter and summer. Overall, the construction is good, but the major drawback and the reason why I give it 3 stars is the squeaking it makes. It is very annoying and although when I read the reviews I thought it wouldn't bother me, after 2+ years it has really tired me out with its sound in every little movement. Regarding the price, I should note that I got it for around 120-130 in a sale, so for the 200 that I see it has, you might consider something else.

I am 1.68 and the chair fits me perfectly. It states that it is suitable for heights up to 1.85. It is comfortable and very convenient with or without the cushions. I believe that 220 euros is not a good choice. However, I will judge this chair at 150 euros, the price at which it is currently on sale! My first impression was good, the assembly was easy, the support mechanism satisfactory, the adjustable backrest and reclining feature add a nice touch. Something extra that is important to me is that it has fabric and not some cheap leatherette. In terms of comfort, I would say it is average. Compared to the previous one I had (a simple 10-year-old office chair that creaked everywhere), it is of higher quality, but compared to an Anda Seat (250 euros), it is considerably worse. Taking into account the price I purchased it for, I would say that its comfort is sufficient. Two points that bothered me about this chair are firstly, the cushions, and secondly, some noticeable creaking noises from the third day of purchase. I consider the cushions to be very small (especially the neck one, it's like it doesn't exist) and quite soft, so I don't feel the support I expected. As for the creaking noises, I solved them by applying a generous amount of lubricant spray to the base, and I hope they won't return soon. In conclusion, I believe that it is a chair worth considering at 150 euros, but at the current price of 220 euros, I think you should go for something more worthwhile!

On the positive side, it is fairly easy to assemble, doesn't require a second person, it is very sturdy and of good quality construction, the support with the cushions is nice, and it is very beautiful and modern.
On the negative side, gaming chairs are definitely not as comfortable as executive chairs.
If you sit with your back completely straight, you tend to lean forward and it is not comfortable.
If you recline it 2-3 steps (it has several steps), your elbows don't rest on the armrests.
The armrests can be adjusted forward and backward, but going so far forward is completely useless, they should have gone back for better elbow support...
Also, the chair is taller than it should be. Even a 1.90m person sits on the lowest step. It doesn't make sense to raise it unless you have a counter instead of a desk, but even then, you need a footrest.
It hasn't been comfortable for me so far, maybe it's a matter of getting used to the way I sit, if anything changes, I will come back.
I have started to believe that it was a bad purchase and that "gaming" chairs are just marketing and nothing else...An update. My main problem was the armrests.
So, I simply removed them (4 screws underneath each) and put them back in reverse. They fit perfectly, the screws attach normally, you can't even tell that I did it. The armrests just don't go up as much as before, but who cares. They are exactly at desk height.
So instead of the armrests going forward, they go backward, so my elbows have good support and I can "stick" closer to the desk without them hanging off the edge.
And I can sit more reclined with sufficient elbow support, so the comfort issue has been fixed.Hey, maybe they had them installed upside down at the factory?

Yes, but...
This chair fits perfectly.I had a managerial chair for years that cost 70€. Recently, I started experiencing a lot of back pain and noticed that it had developed a dent from use, so I decided to buy a new one. I didn't want to go for leather, like the one I had, because it sticks to you in the summer, especially if you sweat a lot like me, and the leather starts to deteriorate and become a mess. So, between the Anda Seat and this one, I decided, mainly because of the fabric, to go for this one.
I'll start with the positives. Firstly, my back pain was gone within 3-4 days! The chair is perhaps one of the most important tools for those of us who spend many hours on a PC. The lumbar cushion does its job. The construction is very nice and visually appealing. The fabric is of high quality, similar to that used in cars. Assembly is very simple, although you might need a second person to attach the backrest to the seat (for convenience). I am 1.87m tall and weigh 87kg. I am slightly taller than the height limit given by the manufacturer (1.85m), but it's not a problem at all (maybe that's why the neck cushion didn't suit me, so I removed it). I fit perfectly, although it wouldn't have bothered me if it were even more comfortable since I spend many hours in front of the computer, whether for work or gaming. But for now, it is completely satisfactory.
You can adjust the height, recline the backrest to lie down/sleep, and adjust the backrest to a relaxed position (very comfortable for resting and watching movies/videos, for example). I personally consider the armrests to be of good quality and you can adjust them in terms of height and forward/backward position, depending on how close you want to be to the desk (this has also helped me a lot because when I play or want to write, I want to be very close to the desk). I don't hear any creaking noises (not that it would bother me so much, of course) and the wheels roll smoothly. The frame and base are heavy and sturdy.
So far, everything is perfect and great. Let's move on to the negatives that made me give it 3 stars in the end. The chair "wobbles". I have uploaded a video showing exactly what the issue is, which you can see here: [link]. I sent this to the company and their response was that it is normal for these chairs to have some tolerance. I accept that because initially, I was afraid that the chair had a problem, but I definitely didn't like it. It's not like you lie down and you're about to fall. Not at all. It only happens when the backrest is in the fully upright position, but no matter what, when I go to sit down or when I push the backrest back and feel it click half a point back, personally, it bothered me, I must say.
And it bothered me enough to give it 3 stars because I connected this issue with the price. If I had bought it for 150€, it definitely wouldn't have bothered me. I would have probably given it 5 stars. But at 240€, which is quite a lot of money, I believe Sharkoon should have delivered something even more high-quality. (However, my friend who has the Anda Seat XL told me that it also has this issue).
Something that I would recommend (for proper use of the chair) is that when, for example, you pull the lever to adjust it to a more reclined position, you lie down and then realize that you want to go lower, it would be good to slightly lift yourself, pull the lever, and once the backrest detaches and comes towards you, then push it down with your back. I noticed that if you try to pull the lever while you are lying down, the lever gets stuck and makes a loud noise, which at least to me indicates that with frequent repetition it will break.
Also, I would like to mention that from the communication I had with the company, they informed me that they provide a 2-year warranty on the chair mechanism. They do not take any responsibility for the fabric or any damage (which is logical).
In conclusion, let me summarize that the chair is good. It offers a lot and is comfortable. If you find it for €150, you should definitely get it without hesitation (maybe up to €190-€200 max). Under no circumstances do I believe that its instability justifies someone paying more than €200.

The armrests are well-shaped and adjustable in height, while also having the ability to adjust forward-backward and horizontally rotate to the right or left.The recline is done on the back and not on the base like the Skiller SGS1 (which I also have), while the height adjustment has sensitivity gradation (adjustable with a screw from below). Build quality:

Purchased on Cyber Monday for 149 euros, I don't think there is a better option for a chair along with the Genesis nitro 550, which often goes on sale for 139 euros.
