Description
From J.R.R. Tolkien to Game of Thrones and from classic literature to Marvel comics, the classic myths of the North have now become part of contemporary fiction. Neil Gaiman, drawing inspiration from the original stories, presents a new, modern, and exciting rendition of the Scandinavian myths.
Through the pages of the book, Odin and Thor, Loki and Freya, come to life in a unique way and ignite the imagination of the modern reader with their primordial power. Hot-tempered, violent, passionate, but also mischievous, they take us from the dawn of the World to Ragnarok and the twilight of the Gods.

Reviews
I highly recommend the book for fans of Scandinavian Mythology as it contains everything inside. However, not in Greek if possible. The names and terminology are written in Greek and I believe they should be written in Latin characters. If there is a reissue that corrects this, the Greek edition will not be lacking in any way.

Did you find this review helpful? It is a very nice book. Inside are written the most famous stories with the gods of Scandinavian mythology, such as Thor, Odin, and Loki. But all these gods have the forms that were given to them in Scandinavian mythology and not as we know them from Marvel comics. The author, this enchanting author, Neil Gaiman, has also written the reason why he wrote all these fantastic stories of the gods, and I did not expect anything less from him. It is amazing and this book can show it to us. If you like stories with gods, adventure, and the antics of the irresistible gods of Scandinavia, read it. I highly recommend it!
