No relation to other similar products, much inferior. It did not remove long-lasting matte lip gloss, which I later removed with a simple makeup remover wipe, something that I consider unacceptable for a product whose main job is makeup removal. I bought it because of the price, as I didn't want to pay for the equivalent "Vaseline" Clinique that I normally buy, but it was a big mistake.

Excellent product! I have oily acne-prone skin and it hasn't burdened my skin at all. I'm surprised to read that it causes stinging in the eyes.. I particularly insist on this area because of mascara and it hasn't bothered me at all. And since it is buttery, it requires double cleansing.
update: My opinion about the performance of the product hasn't changed HOWEVER because it is very oily, it sticks to the sink pipes, resulting in clogging. The plumber removed pieces of black gel.. and now I'm wondering what exactly I'm using on my face.. So I won't buy it again.

I really like its texture, it spreads very easily on the face and if you add a little bit of water, it helps with the 'rubbing'... It removes most of the makeup from the eyes, but it leaves a little bit of mascara-like product because you can't rub too well because it stings a little... very minimally, but it does. It removes eyeshadows, etc., it just needs something extra in that area, personally I use a cotton swab with a special eye makeup remover. Overall, I am satisfied, I don't mind adding something extra only for the eyes, so I would buy it again.

I have been using it for a month now, morning and night on a daily basis! The best product I have ever used for cleansing and makeup removal for my face, and I have tried countless ones. I have oily skin with imperfections and a tendency for acne. It has cleared my face from acne and pores to a great extent! It doesn't dry out my skin at all, on the contrary, it moisturizes it!

It does not remove makeup, if afterwards you take a cotton pad with micellar water the cotton pad is very dirty. It stings the eyes and most importantly it does not rinse off, no matter how much water you pour on your face you feel it greasy.

I bought it for eye makeup removal as a replacement for the Clinique Day off Cleansing Balm. Unfortunately, it caused irritation and redness in my eyes after the first few uses, so I stopped using it. Maybe I am allergic to some of the ingredients in the product, or maybe it is because it cannot be rinsed off well with water - it feels like 'butter' on the eyelids.
