In the scenario The Pallid Mask, you and your fellow players will enter these tunnels in search of a stranger whom you believe to be connected to the events surrounding the performance of The King in Yellow at the Ward Theatre in Arkham. But with each new curious twist and turn, you will find yourself only deeper into the mystery. Perhaps you can follow the tunnels all the way to the pulsating heart of the game's mysteries, but there is also a chance that you will simply become lost in the ever-changing landscape. What starts as a journey through damp and eerie stone tunnels can become a journey that leads you underground, through The Gate to Hell and straight to your death in the Well of Souls or some other forgotten chamber.
