I have had it for two years, very good construction, grills meat, sandwiches, and vegetables very well. There are 2 mobile applications for recipes and grilling instructions depending on the food you put in. The removable plates have built-in heating resistance. So far, I have not seen any damage to the non-stick coatings. It is easy to clean. It has a fairly large surface, fits 6 sandwiches, and leaves extra space

Stay away. After it was found that the bottom plate did not cook with the same intensity (even though it reached temperature faster), it was returned for service on the 14th day. After 32 days and after making 5-6 phone calls for a simple update, there was no update provided. We simply requested a refund. It is unacceptable for premium products.

As one can expect from this brand and this price, the device is amazing at what it does. However, the first one I received was defective in a point that I consider the Achilles' heel of the device: the selector that locks the top plate in 4 different height positions from the bottom plate. This was not working, resulting in the top plate not being stabilized in height. The device was returned as DOA and I received another one that works fine. Nevertheless, I am afraid of it because essentially, a toaster with a spring mechanism should be its mechanism and I am very afraid that with gradual use, it will break down because the plate it is supposed to support is quite heavy and the grip is single-sided. Also, due to the tension exerted by the power cord of the top plate which protrudes from the bottom plate, although the top plate is designed to be parallel to the bottom plate when stabilized in height, in practice it is always slightly inclined. Finally, keep in mind that it is an import since the Greek distributor does not officially bring it to Greece, so decide with knowledge.
Update: After about 15 days and about 20 toasts, the screen of the device showed an error code which, according to the manual, refers to a malfunction of the device's temperature sensor. Back to the store for the second time and my trust in the build quality of this device has suffered a significant blow.
Update 2: After 50 days of waiting, I learned that the toaster had traveled to America to be repaired and was deemed irreparable. I received a refund from the store where I purchased it. I would not choose it again for any reason.
