  Since in the era we live in, the bread we buy from the bakery is now junk food and we don't know what we are eating, it is necessary to make bread at home.

  This particular bread maker saved me because not only do I know what I am eating, but also I no longer have to make daily visits to the bakery at 8 in the morning because later the bread will be sold out.

  It has a recipe book with precise measurements for whatever you want to make and what program to use. You simply put the ingredients in the machine's container in the order indicated by the instructions and from the moment you start it, the process is automatic and you come back to find freshly baked bread!

  The only negatives I found are that the screen could be illuminated and the cable could be a bit longer, but this problem can be solved with an extension.

  I have bought so far 5 bread makers and this one is by far the best. Unlike the others, it bakes the top part of the bread correctly and this happens because it doesn't have a window on the lid.   After dozens of loaves of bread in the first year, I can't help but admire this device.
  With a 5-minute process every few days, we eat perfect whole grain bread with the ingredients of our choice.
  It also contributes greatly to the economy of the household. We haven't bought anything from a bakery in the entire year of 2023.
  And we continue :-)

  [INITIAL EVALUATION]
  Excellent product. We searched for over 4 months and got lost in the countless models and their specifications. Especially with the number of programs, one starts to wonder if they are necessary.

  Finally, the decision was made and we got this one. With one 1-kilogram loaf of bread every week and 8 loaves later, we can confidently say that we didn't expect such wonderful results from the first few uses.

  For now, we still have readily available flour from Georgiou Mills that we find in the supermarket. Hard and whole grain, and our bread is always a combination of the two as recommended by the Manual for program 5. We also get the dry yeast from the same company.

  Accurate measurements are needed, so a scale with a minimum accuracy of 1 gram is necessary. Water at room temperature, unless it's below 16 degrees, in which case it needs a little warming up to 20 degrees.
  Whatever we have made so far has been a 100% success in taste, rising, and texture.

  If you follow exactly what the manual says (it's in English for me, but there's also a Greek version inside) and simply use good ingredients, you will be eating homemade bread without a tomorrow :)

  P.S. When the bread is done and you close the device, don't leave it inside for hours because it starts to sweat inside the container. Once the container cools down a bit outside the device, take the bread out onto a base with holes for air circulation. If you don't want to cut it immediately, after about 1 hour (in winter), we wrap it in a clean cotton kitchen towel and store it in a cool kitchen cabinet away from moisture, heat, etc. The bread stays fresh for over 5 days, and then it starts to harden a bit on the outside. If you heat it up for a bit (I personally prefer air, but it can also be done in the microwave), it becomes fresh again. And if you heat it up a little more at 150-160 degrees for 12-14 minutes, you'll have wonderful 'grilled' bread as if you made it yesterday.

  I have had the bread maker for about a month now and I am very satisfied with the bread. I also frequently use the programming feature so that I have fresh bread ready as soon as I wake up. The bread browns and rises beautifully. It includes instructions in Greek.

  The negatives that I found, for which I deduct one star, are the following:

  1. The length of the cord. It should have been longer.
  2. I would have liked the display to be LED for easy reading.
  3. The recipe booklet has very small letters that make it difficult to read. For those who are comfortable with English, the Moulinex recipe booklet in English will be useful. I uploaded it to Mediafire for those who don't want to search for it on the internet and I provide the link below. Use it as a reference, in combination with the recipe booklet of the newer model.
  4. I found 3 errors in the translation of the booklet, which I consider serious because they significantly affect the outcome of the recipes.
  a. Instead of "fresh yeast," note "dry yeast" (it is also evident from the image).
  b. Instead of "dry yeast," note "baking powder." This is a very serious mistake.
  c. Instead of "whole wheat flour 150," note "sunflower seeds."

  Below, I provide my own recipe for the bread I make, because I noticed that the device's recipes mention less yeast than what we usually use even for hand kneading. The correct amount is important for the nice rising of the bread.

  WHOLE WHEAT BREAD
  _____________________

  350ml room temperature water
  250g all-purpose flour (I used MARATA)
  250g whole wheat flour (I used Agios Georgios Mills)
  1 or 2 tbsp olive oil
  1 tbsp sugar
  2 tsp salt
  1 packet dry yeast
  1 tbsp anise (optional)

  I add the ingredients in the following order: water, oil, sugar, salt (mix a little), flour, yeast, anise. I make sure to evenly distribute the yeast and anise.

  For baking, I select Program 1, Weight 750g, Crust 2 or 3.

  - When the tap water is very cold, I put the measuring cup with the water in the microwave for 20 sec at 800W. When I program the device overnight to be ready in the morning, I don't heat the water. Make sure the water is never too hot (up to 30 degrees) and that the yeast never comes into contact with the salt.

  - Use dry yeast that states on the packaging that it does not require dissolution. Also, always add the liquids first to the bread maker's pan and then the solids.

  - When adding the ingredients, make sure to have the pan placed on the kitchen counter and not inside the bread maker, to prevent ingredients from falling onto the heating elements.

  - If the top of the bread collapses somewhat (like it rose and deflated), reduce the water to 330ml. (The necessary moisture varies depending on the flour, and even the weather conditions). If it generally doesn't rise well, try using a different yeast.

  Update 12/6/2022: Today I discovered the Tefal PF210138 bread maker. It belongs to the same group as Moulinex and externally they are identical, but with a price difference.

  With 10 euros more, you get Mulinex and not Izzy, money that is minimal in terms of quality. Excellent device, it makes perfect, tasty, homemade bread. In 2 minutes you have put the ingredients and it does everything on its own afterwards. You will recover your money within 4 months.

  Very good purchase, it requires experimentation at the beginning. The recipes with whole wheat and multigrain flour turned out perfectly for me, but I struggled a bit with white bread.
