Well, the collar is inadequate on its own at temperatures below 10 degrees Celsius and at speeds above 100. It works well in combination with a balaclava or with a classic elastic motorcycle collar. The build quality is good for the money. For city riding and speeds up to 60 - 70 km, it's good, but that's it. If you are traveling or riding outside the city and at higher speeds, look for something better.
