Wired controller compatible with PlayStation 3 & PC console. It features a large and sensitive D-pad, precision analog triggers, vibration function, and Turbo function.
Compatible with all PC games – as it supports both Xinput and Dinput standards. It is ideal for gamers who prefer a controller instead of combining mouse/keyboard and for those who demand the best possible movement accuracy on PlayStation 3.
Specifications are collected from official manufacturer websites. Please verify the specifications before proceeding with your final purchase. If you notice any problem you can report it here.
Very good controller for PC, comfortable to hold and lightweight. Its cable is quite long.
It was installed directly on Windows 10 without needing any adjustments and was recognized as an Xbox controller, so there was no need for any emulators like x360ce to play.
I don't know how durable it will prove to be, but for an average user, it is definitely one of the best choices for a wired controller, especially considering its very low price.
I definitely recommend it!
I have three purchased, the analog sticks NEVER go all the way, especially in the top left and bottom left diagonal directions, you can see it in the relevant diagnostic program of Windows for this controller, for the record. Also, the L2 and R2 as "triggers" break very easily, in the two that I had they broke and got stuck inside, without having any more response. Generally, it is true that you get what you pay for, the quality of the board.
Only this model of the company works properly with PC (e.g. Fortnite). However, it has a short lifespan. It needs care in handling and not too much strain to last. I would buy it again
For those looking for a controller with classic buttons and not triggers to play classic PS1/PS2 games, it doesn't work. It labels the back bottom buttons as R2/L2 when they should be labeled as RT/LT since they are triggers, not buttons, and therefore not compatible with older games. I am biased because I hate all controllers except the classic DualShock and DualShock 2.
Within 2 months, the buttons on the right panel (A, B, X, Y) get stuck. It still works, it hasn't broken or anything like that, it's just VERY annoying. I'm thinking of getting a wireless one and generally contributing to the eternal poem against wires. It does its job for the price, though. 4/10, I will get a regular Xbox controller to finish up
I used it on Steam and it was recognized as an Xbox controller in all the games I tried (e.g., Batman, Dark Souls, Tomb Raider). It broke down after about 2 years of frequent use.
For €13 that I paid for it, I think it was excellent. Obviously, the quality and endurance are inferior to the original Xbox controller that costs €60.
I bought 2 of these controllers in April. One is still working even now while the other broke 4 months later, specifically the R2 button broke. At the beginning of September, I bought a third identical controller, but this one also gave up after two weeks (the R2 broke again).
Very bad controller from the first day the triggers didn't work well, two weeks later and the other buttons started to not work so well. It really isn't worth it even for its price.
The steam is driving me crazy, it doesn't recognize it, I need an xbox simulator to play other games, it worked for 2 hours and now it doesn't want to read anything correctly, I press the stick and it shows that I press square
It is a very economical solution, it is beautiful in appearance and has a very long battery life! I have had it for over 3 years and it works at 100%!
It caused me problems from the first week. The left lever sends a signal that I am turning right even when I am turning left. I would not recommend it, there are better options.
I have already bought it 2 times. The trigger buttons are very fragile (accidentally dropped from 20-25 centimeters and at least one of them "breaks") and just today the second one completely lost the right movement on the left analog (no input at all, no matter how much you hold it. Meanwhile, all the other movements of the analog are fine.) 2 stars due to price and comfort.
Very good for casual gaming, the negative thing is that the controller is recognized as an Xbox, so I don't know the buttons since it has PlayStation symbols
I didn't like it at all, the buttons are terrible in terms of build quality and it doesn't vibrate like the other ones, for example, the Razer Wolverine V2 that I have. Stay away.
I have 2 of these and I bought them with a 4-5 year difference. Both of them work perfectly.
Regarding the build quality of the old controller: 1) The plastic membrane on the outside started to wear off. It's not a problem, you just ignore it. 2) One of the buttons takes a little longer (very little - we're talking about milliseconds) to "bounce back" when pressed. It also hasn't caused any issues in gameplay.
As for durability, it's very good for its price. Neither of the 2 I've purchased has had any major issues, and even the old one is fully functional years later. If you don't treat it like a monkey and respect it by not hitting it left and right, it will last you for many years.
Suitable for racing games because the L2 and R2 buttons have very good sensitivity when pressed.
Ideal for anyone who wants a cheap and decent controller just to get the job done and doesn't want to spend extra money.
I bought the gamepad 3 minutes ago for 12 euros and I don't have any particular complaints, but it's not anything amazing, it's just cheap and does its job. The joysticks have poor accuracy and the L2 and R2 buttons don't always register commands in the game. However, it's difficult to play FPS games with it, but I prefer using a keyboard and mouse for FPS games. I mainly use the gamepad for fighting games like Tekken 7 and Mortal Kombat, and it works fine for those and some other games. Overall, it's not suitable for FPS games
It's okay for its price (13€), but since the analog stick is not very accurate, I wouldn't recommend it for games where the degree of movement of the analog stick matters.
For the money, it is definitely worth it. Just like many reviews say, something will break over time and render it useless. For example, the right lever broke for me
A good and cheap wired controller - if your original one broke. The only extra feature that might make it value for money is its fairly ergonomic design and the 2 triggers on the back, which have good, responsive feedback when pressed and satisfactory rumble feedback. Oh, and it also has a long cable, great for those sitting far from the screen, couch potatoes.
edit: after about 2 months of average use, I can say that it is practically on par with the original dualshock of the PS3. I don't see any significant difference in rumble, the R1 and R2 on the back have (marginally) slightly better feel, it is equally lightweight and comfortable in the hand. I believe it is definitely worth it at this price, if you're not looking for something wireless.
The worst. Just after 2 weeks, the buttons broke. When you press them, they get stuck inside the controller and you have to hit it to get them unstuck. It's not worth the money at all.
Up to 20 euros, it is one of the best.... I bought it for 10 euros and I can't believe how good it is... Now, if you tell me it's 20 euros, I would buy it again, but for more I found better options...!!!
I have 3 identical purchased ones, the analog sticks NEVER go all the way up to the top left and bottom left diagonal directions, you can see it in the relevant diagnostic program of Windows for these controllers, for the record. Also, the L2 and R2 buttons as "triggers" break very easily and then get stuck inside (!) losing their responsiveness, rendering them useless... Generally, you get what you pay for...
At this price, it easily gets a 5/5. It was immediately recognized by the PS3 and still holds up after months of use, so it has already paid for itself.
Good lever but it should also be compatible with PS4. I use it on my PC and you just connect it and play, no need for anything else
I have had the controller for two years and I use it for Forza Horizon 4, Formula 1 2015 and 2019, Rocket League, and Dirt Rally. I bought it for 10 euros from a well-known store. For its price, it is very good. The controller has over 700 hours of gaming, it has suffered quite a bit of wear and tear (hard hits from rage, etc.). After all that it has been through, the spring of one analog stick, the cover of the left joystick, and the sensitivity of the right joystick have all broken. These are very reasonable damages for a controller at this price and with such heavy use. Overall, the sensitivity of the joysticks was quite good compared to the price. It is worth every last euro
It's better to pay something extra than to get these specific ones. They barely do the job for about a month. Generally, Spartan Gear is a very controversial company. Some of their products, although cheap, are really good, while others are of mediocre quality.
This controller was very convenient for me, but at some point the cable connection stopped working. I thought it was just a specific issue, but the second one I bought broke after six months. If you don't mind that it will break soon, go ahead and get it, but if you want something durable, get something that costs 30 euros or more
After minimal use, it simply stopped working. I tried to install the drivers from the company's website, but Windows prevents them.
Overall, very pleasant handling.
However, the L1 and L2 buttons have a very poor position and handling.
The worst part is that after a week of using FIFA21, the L2 button broke!
I do not recommend it
Very good. Good construction and very comfortable to hold. Good feel of the levers.
The cable is quite long and convenient.
No need for installation with any program. I connected it to my PC and it worked immediately.
For its price, it is value for money!!
For the money of 10-15€, it is very good. It is not for heavy use or to withstand. For now, I have had it for a year and I am satisfied. It makes a little noise like a bell because it fell once, but it works without any issues on both PC and PS3.
I have had it for about a month now. Very good quality construction, which you wouldn't expect for its price. A big positive is that your hands don't sweat and the gamepad doesn't get dirty for those who have such problems. It has a long cable that allows you to play at long distances in case you are playing on a big screen. Personally, I use it on my laptop and PC, it connects immediately to both without needing any extra program to download. At first, I wanted the black one, but due to Black Friday, they had sold out of all the stock, so I had to order the black and white version. I didn't mind at all, in fact, the black and white give it a modern design. So far, I haven't found any negatives, I will come back later with an update to add any positive or negative comments if they arise (hopefully I won't encounter any negatives)
