  I have had it for 5 years. As far as dehumidification is concerned, I have no issue (not that it collects 20 liters per day, it barely collects 8 liters per day). As a device, it hasn't suffered any damage, but the noise is unbearable! The plastic parts creak as if it's a cheap construction, but it was well paid for at 229€. The other problem now is that the cells fill up very quickly with dust and it starts to smell quite bad. This is the fourth time I have taken it apart to clean it, next time it will go for recycling. Personally, I would not recommend it.

  It does what it promises. It absorbs a lot of moisture and raises the temperature by 2-3 degrees. In my case, the tank fills up twice within 24 hours while operating 24/7, starting from October. I use it for bedrooms, bathroom, and living room.

  It is a noisy device. Personally, it doesn't bother me since white noise helps me sleep. However, it might be annoying to many.

  I have had it for three years. In those three years, I only had to replace one component that broke within the warranty period. The back filters need frequent cleaning as they collect a lot of dirt.

  It is a decent product for its price.

  It worked well for 2 years until the defrost sensor broke. It DOES NOT WORK when this happens. It is not easily found. It worked for 4 months, then broke again. I ordered a random one and will see if it works when I install it. I do not recommend it. The fact that it does not have a humidity indicator is not a problem. You select the desired setting on it, and the compressor stops working when it reaches it.

  It does an excellent job (20L). We have only had it for 3 days and it has done a tremendous job in the house (65sqm).
  +Positives:
  1. Extremely efficient with humidity. It brought it down from 70-75% to 50%.
  2. You can feel the temperature difference. It raised ours by +3 degrees in 3 days of use.
  3. It has a clothes drying function, which we haven't needed to use yet.
  4. Power consumption. Others with the same characteristics consume 450W.
  5. Its price was very good for what it offers, comparing it to several other dehumidifiers with similar characteristics.
  6. Size

  -Negatives:
  1. It is not completely noiseless. It makes a bit more noise than a turbo air conditioner. It doesn't bother us. As for the noise from the plastics mentioned, we chose not to remove the stickers as they recommend, and so far we haven't had any issues.
  2. It doesn't have a humidity measurement indicator. You need to have a thermometer-hygrometer.

  I bought the ZEN and at the same time a SONZAI 20lt. In the same space with about 50% humidity and a temperature of 20C, the ZEN in dry mode or continuous operation did not release any water drops for 2 hours, while the Sonzai humidified. In order for the compressor to work, I had to change the mode, otherwise it wouldn't function. It was tested outside at 8C with humidity >60% for 2 hours, and again, no water drops and it didn't reach the defrosting mode. The freezer was freezing, but probably not enough. This specific product is most likely defective, so I requested a replacement with a second Sonzai. Furthermore, with the Zen, no one knows if the ionizer is working since there is no indication of operation or the ability to control on/off. It is twice as noisy, without air humidity indication, without the ability to adjust the desired humidity more accurately, without WiFi, and 20% more expensive compared to the Sonzai, which also has a wider operating range of 1-40C compared to Zen's 5-38C! From my experience as a technician, the ZEN is an unreliable, stylish, low-quality device, while the Sonzai is a well-made device that does its job and is much quieter. It is unbelievable that the saying "you get what you pay for" does not apply at least to the general range of household appliances. It's just a matter of demand! That's why we write reviews, to learn.
