    Αξιοπρεπέστατη πρωτεΐνη. Διαλύεται εύκολα και με κρύο νερό. Μου κάνει καλή αποκατάσταση. Δεν έχω παρατηρήσει κατακράτηση υγρών. Το μόνο που με ξάφνιασε είναι ότι είναι αρκετά γλυκιά (σε σχέση με isolate με αντίστοιχη γεύση). Αλλά γενικά σούπερ deal
