I have had it for 12 months and I am very satisfied. 5 levels of heating, timer, you can't feel the resistances.
UPDATE: The same applies today, 1/4/2022
I bought it and tried it just yesterday. Impressions:
1. Reasonable price.
2. Heats up very quickly and quite a lot on the highest setting, so much that it becomes unbearable and you have to turn it down. The functions from the remote control are very satisfactory.
3. Its resistors are very uncomfortable and harden the surface, especially when you have sensitivity issues in your back, etc., since the fleece covering them is very thin and essentially does not properly cover their uncomfortable sensation.
4. Also, because the fleece is not stable at all and is very thin, it wrinkles so much that it becomes very uncomfortable for the body. Especially when using a single surface on a double bed, as it cannot be secured with the straps on one side of the mattress.
Points 3 and 4 are very negative for me and I will not use it!! I would only recommend it for a single bed and ONLY for people who DO NOT have sensitivities in their body!
It takes a little while to heat up, but after a certain point, it gives off a lot of heat. You need to leave it under the blanket for about 20 minutes, and then it will be fine. For the price, it is very good.
Very good choice and economical! No problems, it works excellently and you have a wonderful sleep!
It has five levels of operation and a timer option. It couldn't be better.
I have bought one for every sleeper in the house (other brands broke quickly). It warms the bed fantastically, you get into the blankets, snuggle up, and you don't care about the cold. However, we don't leave it on all night, you never know with any of these. It washes very carefully in the bathtub (without the power cord, of course!), making sure the internal wires don't get crushed, it dries very well on the drying rack, and it is stored like a blanket, without being weighed down by anything on top. It has held up over time so far.
It doesn't heat as much as the substrate I have, which is much simpler than this and has fewer settings. The low power levels are like they don't exist. After 11 months, for an inexplicable reason, it gave up. Its remote control doesn't work and it's dead... UNACCEPTABLE!
Today I got it, I have never used a similar product before. It's something else, it warms up fully, I had it on three because I had surgery and I was amazed, neither a stove nor anything. I hope it lasts.
Purchase of a few days. It does not heat satisfactorily compared to others I had bought from supermarkets, even though it has 5 levels. The good thing is that it can be adjusted to turn off after a certain period of time for those who do not want it on all night.
Very good in customization, washing, and feel. Unfortunately, after a few months, it started to heat up only in the center of the mattress and lose performance (I noticed that it no longer has the same warmth on the same settings).
Whoever says that it doesn't heat up enough, should do market research with keywords: Grills. In short: Excellent purchase. Invest without fear, value for money. At level above 2 (and it has 5), you can grill a Tomahawk steak.
It is a very nice blanket, soft with a very nice feel and you don't feel any resistance at all. The dimensions seem fine to me, the main concern is the warmth on my back, so it satisfies me.
I don't understand some people who say it doesn't produce heat, I imagine that when they hear electric blanket, they expect the blanket to emit oven-like heat, otherwise it cannot be explained.
Very good control, easy and of course the timer is a big advantage.
You need about half an hour before going to sleep to turn on the switch so that it warms up, especially in colder areas.
I will come back for an update.
It is very good!!! It heats up in about 15 minutes... Also, something very positive is that it has a timer to shut off on its own, which is relatively rare!!! It has 5 levels compared to most electric blankets that have 3. It has a nice texture and feels like there is another thin and soft mattress between your sheet and mattress. Note that levels 3, 4, and 5 are for quick heating and it heats up in 10 to 15 minutes. If you leave it on 5 after three hours, it will go down to 3!!! It is perfect and I believe it is worth it!!!
+ It has 5 heat levels.
+ Timer.
+ Overheating protection, etc.
+ Automatic shutdown (I have checked it, it works fine).
- I would like it to be wider, meaning to cover a larger surface on the bed. However, the heat it produces is more than enough and it covers a large area.
- The material used is of excellent quality, fleece on top and polyester fabric underneath. However, I would prefer it to be made of 100% cotton or even linen, even if it means paying more.
In conclusion, the price is fair, especially considering its features. I will update for anything new. 02/12/2022 I wrote this review.
Very good quality with a nice feel, it doesn't bother at all, the heating is uniform, it needs to be placed as an underlay under the sheet to provide warmth, if used as a blanket it is logical that it does not give enough warmth since the resistors are not "pressed" like when lying on top, I use it in a caravan and at 5 it is warm enough, it is also quite economical in consumption 60w because I operate it exclusively from a photovoltaic system.
I wanted a mattress pad that you can adjust and it turns off by itself after X hours, and this was one of the few that had that feature, so I bought it. It also had a quarantine... The good thing is that it does what it promises, it turns off by itself and can be set from 1 to 10 hours. It has a soft fleece coating. Honest. But it doesn't heat up enough. I mean, those ones from the market for 18-19 euros heat up more. Would I buy it again? If I had the obsession from last year for it to turn off by itself, then yes, I would buy it again. Do I use it? No. I use a cheap one from the market that I bought for guests. The guest left and I use it myself... it heats up more with the same wattage and it's cheaper. But... it doesn't turn off by itself...
I wanted a mattress pad with a timer, so I chose this one and it is the best thing I have bought. It has a nice feeling with the fleece, many settings, and if you turn it on at the highest temperature for 3 hours, it automatically goes down to the medium setting. It is really good value for money
Before I bought this mattress pad, I researched it for quite some time. I wanted one with a timer, so I chose this one. I saw several negative reviews that scared me a little, but I still bought it. I believe that the 1+2 settings (the lowest ones) are very good, as you first set the pad to 5 and then, before going to sleep, you set it to 1/2 so it doesn't get too hot. Indeed, the 1+2 settings do not get hot, although I think they are meant to keep it warm a little before sleep.
It is not a blanket, it is a mattress pad, the back side is white with resistances. However, it has 5 levels and they seem useful to me because when I had one with 3 (probably it was 60w), even on level 1, after a few hours it was too hot and bothered me.
Just the fact that it has a duration adjustment... I fell in love with it. I don't feel the resistance. The only thing I would like is for it to be a little longer
It might be early, as I have received it a few days ago, but in the usage so far, I have not been impressed. On the positive side, the nice texture, the fact that I don't feel the resistance, and the size. On the negative side, it seems that I have to be patient for it to warm up and from what I have seen so far, even the maximum scale does not deliver anything spectacular. I would say that overall it is a decent, somewhat, product that could be more efficient in its essence (heat and heating speed).
Very good for its price! You plug it in 10 minutes before you go to bed and you're all set! It's not like it will burn your bed, you just sleep comfortably and warmly. I tried it and now the way I sleep has changed.
I have bought it twice and both times I have taken it for service and it still didn't get fixed. I don't think it's a coincidence that I happened to get a faulty one twice. What can I say, I am disappointed with this specific product and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
The heat it produces is relatively satisfactory. Here to say something very basic. The more blankets we have thrown on us, the more heat we will feel, and the colder it is, the longer it will take for us to feel it. We always put the heated mattress pad on top of the duvet and then put a sheet on top. Don't make the mistake that many people do and lie directly on top because it doesn't trap the heat. It has good settings and a timer. Also, the cords it has to tie to the mattress are very small, which means you can either use the top or the bottom. Personally, I recommend using the top so that it doesn't come off its place. If you want it for someone older, know that its control is somewhat complicated. I recommend it for purchase, but up to 30 euros maximum, not more.
I am very satisfied, it is very warm, very soft, I don't feel any resistance at all. I have never used any program other than the basic one, which covers me completely. I like that it shuts off by itself because I always forget it. With the shipping, it cost me 5 euros more than another one I had bought from a supermarket, which after several uses started to heat up less and less.
I am changing my review because I bought the mattress in March '19 and now it is December '20 and it doesn't work. I didn't use it at all this year, I tried it again for the first time yesterday, and when I plugged it in, the controller made a noise, I saw a flash, and it tripped the circuit breaker. It doesn't work, of course.
EXCELLENT!! with a timer from 1 to 10 hours and automatic shut-off at 8 hours by default, it gives you a sense of security that nothing will happen even if you forget about it!! 5 levels that are incredibly convenient compared to the 3 that most others have, and a very nice fleece lining that you enjoy lying on!
I have a single one for myself and I have also bought a double one for my niece and we are very satisfied!
Because I see a mention of straps, almost no expensive mattress topper (with a soft lining) has straps! and I think it's right because fleece is not meant to be stretched.
The only negative thing about it is that straps are not included in the packaging to keep the mattress stable, resulting in it moving slightly every week
