The instructions briefly.
Press the Mode button and the top line will display voltage in volts/current in amperes/power in watts/power factor/frequency in Hz and will remain where you select.
Press the Cost button and the bottom line will display time/cost in kilowatt-hours/consumption in euros/carbon dioxide and will remain where you select.
Press set to set the kilowatt-hour value (the icon shows a dollar sign but we simply put the value in euros) or the quantity of carbon dioxide.
Press + continuously to reset the measurement.
Press + for decimal zoom.
With the device unplugged, press + to view the measurements. The device shuts down too quickly.

The device works properly and shows stability. However, the lack of illumination on the screen is a big problem, as while the numbers are large, the indicators next to the numbers (watt, consumption, etc.) are very small and difficult to read, especially when the device is plugged in. In order to read it, one must unplug it and bring it to eye level under light. I am attaching a relevant photo where I illuminate the device with a flashlight. The manual is also difficult to read and in English, but with a little imagination, the user can understand it.

Unfortunately, I will give it 1 star because even though it has not been used much, only in 3-4 devices and for a short period of time.

One day it got stuck, the light stayed on, and of course, it drained the battery (CR2032 type, like a floor scale). I changed the battery and it doesn't "read" the power. All the other functions work fine, but you can't tell how much power the device it is connected to is consuming.

  Bad screen, with a very small viewing angle, and if you don't look at it exactly vertically but from a higher angle, you have a lot of difficulty seeing what it says. If it were backlit, it would be much better. When the two indicator lights of the toaster are on and both of the oven (but while their resistors are off), it shows zero consumption. It can't be that 4 lights, no matter how small, don't consume a total of at least 0.1 watts, which is supposedly the accuracy of the device. So at such low consumption, it lacks reliability. For larger consumptions where 1 watt doesn't matter, it would be useful. If I were to buy a meter again, I might look for something else mainly because of the screen problem, which is very annoying, and I end up using a flashlight to read it

  The meter is excellent so far with excellent second accuracy. However, I do not have sufficient knowledge of how it works and whether this specific device is worth it compared to others, but I will tell you why everyone should have such a meter or a similar one in our homes.

  If you do not know, it is good to learn that some display port cables draw "unnecessary" power from the monitor and send it back to the graphics card, which can potentially damage the card. Well, for weeks I saw this particular meter drawing such "unnecessary power". Approximately 10wh. For a standby device, it is too much. Consider that the European Union has set a limit of approximately 0.5-1wh for devices in standby mode for environmental reasons.

  The reason why some display port cables "draw" power from the monitor is not the topic at hand, but it is good to investigate it and either replace the cable with a better one or not put the monitor in standby mode at all.

  So, I changed the display port cable with an HDMI one and immediately the meter reading dropped to 1wh.

  If I didn't have this meter, I probably wouldn't have realized what was happening with this cable, resulting in unnecessary consumption and potentially damaging my graphics card.
