In the first use, the first bulb burned out. They replaced it with a new one and in less than 1 month, I had the same problem again, the first bulb burned out! As for the warranty, I had to go through a lot of trouble and I wouldn't give this product a third chance!

It caught fire in the first month, so I sent it to the dealership for repair. It came back, worked for another month, and then caught fire again. It is under warranty, but I won't send it for repair again. It is dangerous

I bought the heater 2 months ago and the product turned out to be defective (only one out of the four bulbs lit up). At the electronics store where I purchased it, they told me that they had recently received another defective heater of the same model.

Very good and energy-efficient design. It quickly and beautifully heats a 40 sq.m. space and is also quiet compared to an air conditioner. The only "strange" thing is that the bulbs do not turn on automatically, but sequentially: 1, 12, 123, 1234, so logically the first bulb will either burn out or its performance will decrease quickly. Anyway, it is worth its money at €50.

4 stars since it is the first day of operation and I do not have an opinion from the DEI account, but it heats up the space immediately. I live in a 64 sqm apartment, I only close the living room and leave the 44 open. It quickly heated up the house in the hallway. If you simply put it in a room, it will become an oven. I will come back as soon as I have a DEI account
