Size 205/55/16'' 91V on a Ford Focus Mk2. Purchased in 2019 for 180 euros. They seemed amazing in the first year, but then the lockdown happened and outings were limited. I changed them on 10/02/2024 after 4.5 years with only 33,000 km, as I mainly ride a motorcycle in the city and only use the car to go to work, which requires highway driving. The car is kept in a closed garage both at home and at work, and I mention this because the tires had become so dry since last summer (even though they weren't exposed to much sunlight) and they made a mythic noise to the point where I thought the wheel bearings needed to be changed and I was afraid to drive over 80-100 km/h. The tread, however, was like new with 33,000 km, which means they don't wear out in normal use, which is what I do. In the rain, the ABS would kick in for no reason. It's possible that they perform better for users on well-paved roads like the Attiki Odos. Anyway, I changed them and once again put on the Continental Sport Contact 2 tires (at twice the price, of course).

After 40,000 km with these tires, I have a complete picture. I bought them in size 205/55/R16 for a VW Golf 1.4. I mainly drive on national highways and long distances, but also within Athens, in a ratio of 70% - 30% respectively. The tires, after 2 years and 40,000 km, still look brand new with minimal wear on their rubber, simply because their rubber is very hard, it does not wear out but also does not brake. After the first 10,000 km, the tires became useless, there was no satisfactory grip and braking on dry pavement, not to mention what happens on wet asphalt.... My vehicle is a conventional but heavy car, and at 120 km/h on the highway, I really feel very unsafe. In case you need your tires (in a necessary sudden braking), if you have driven more than 10,000 km with these tires, it is certain that they will betray you. The ABS works continuously even at very low speeds. Truly, because tires are perhaps one of the most important parts of a vehicle (if not the most important), do not compromise like I did, you will regret it. I have tried other small tire companies that all claim to be subsidiaries of big companies (which is only for marketing and nothing else). Kormoran tires may be one of the worst, if not the worst, tires I have ever used. The icing on the cake is the noise.... it was expected until 10,000 km, but it became unbearable after 10,000 km. To summarize all the above... until the first 10,000 km, they are decent... after that... chaos!!!

Good evening everyone, I installed these tires a week ago for 180€ and I have to say that in this size and at this price, they are the best you can get. I don't recommend them for drivers who perform stunts on the road and generally drive at the limit, but with normal driving, you won't encounter any problems. I haven't tested them in wet conditions yet, but I believe that when you drive correctly and with caution, you won't have any issues. Thank you very much, I hope I helped. P.S. And something I forgot, they have a very pronounced lip that protects the rim!

Edit: I tested them on wet roads alone at 3 am during the lockdown on a national road uphill towards Malakasa at a speed of 150-160 km/h (an exaggeration for me) and every time I encountered standing water, the car would slide and lose grip for a few seconds. Up to 120 km/h, which is usually my driving speed, they were okay. So, I recommend caution on wet roads!!!
P.S. 2 Yesterday evening, 23/4/21, in heavy rain, I tested them in the center of Athens, at University, Syntagma, Patision, etc., and literally skidded with great caution on the wet road, especially on Greek roads! The next morning, 24/4, I drove on the Attiki Odos with rain and wet roads, where the conditions were clearly improved due to the better road surface, I believe. With these tires, I have to be very careful in wet conditions, I haven't tested them in strong braking, but after this experience, I don't even want to anymore, I'm very afraid of them in the rain! FINAL CONCLUSION: these tires are simply UNACCEPTABLE on wet roads, and only acceptable on dry roads, their rubber is like a stone that never wears out and doesn't warm up at all! I drive very cautiously now and at the first opportunity, I will replace them with a reputable tire. I hope I helped you and didn't bore you
